Nothing to like. The office wasn't at the address listed. I asked for help finding it and was told by a local man that they moved to a different location about a block away. He led me there and the office was closed even though I was scheduled to pick up my car. I called the number, left a message, and no one ever called me back, ever. After two hours of waiting I went to the next closest car rental place. The man at the counter said MexRentaCar is notorious for taking more reservations than they have cars, closing the office when they run out, and not notifying people they're out of cars.Cons:

Cons:
The office is hard to find and upon return they made my wife wait outside due to Covid ( even though when we came to pick up the car we were both allowed in the office). Furthermore I waited in the office for half an hour for them to give me my paperwork after asking twice for it they kicked me out. I now have the entire $2500 deposit pending on my credit card. The address is not correct, the car does not exist and the price is 60 usd (instead of 41 usd) for a cheaper category of car, plus i have to pay the insurance cause they don’t accept the insurance of the credit card. It’s a fraud.2.0 Poor

You should communicate more with each other. In the rental: 1) they didn't have the car at all 2) the price was much higher (from 75 to 185 dollars) I was told that you know it but do not regard it. The drop off was super quick and efficient.Cons:
We were quoted $350 we knew the y were going to try to sell us insurance so we got insurance trough our credit card, even with our credit card insurance they wanted to charge us the $350 plus another $850 for insurance for $1200 total!!! When we told them that was ridiculous and started to leave the price suddenly dropped to $750 total which was still twice what we were quoted but we accepted it. Economy is an intermediary for other companies in Playa del Carmen, they took the reservation knowing they didn't have cars. I got a mysterious message through whatsapp saying that there were no more cars. Absolutely nothing. Even with a reservation, many days in advance, there was no car for us when we arrived at the rental place. On top of that, the thrifty rental office was closed and everything was being operated through the Hertz office. Worst experience I’ve ever had.Cons:
