Pros: We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in great part due to the amazing team at the Auberge Sainte-Antoine. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel is well located in the lower city with easy access to the river front and the funicular to upper town. Madame Quay arranged multiple events for our group with great success. The entire staff were always courteous and knowledgable. Make sure to take advantage of the Penache Restaurant on the property for breakfast and dinner. I will be back!!

Each of the spacious rooms of the Hotel Port-Royal offers a unique design, inspired by the original geometry of the existing walls.Modern technologies were skillfully integrated into the classical balance between wood, stone and light, thus enhancing the individual harmony of each room and giving it a distinctive cachet.A multidisciplinary team of architects and designers was gathered to create, from the contrasts between the colors, textures, and styles, an exceptionally refined atmosphere. Enhancing the individual harmony of each room, they came up with the perfect blend of yesteryear architecture and state-of-the-art decor. With a cosy Queen or King sized bed and a sofa bed, our rooms can comfortably accommodate six adults. Each room includes an all equipped kitchen module with dishes and utensils, and vast storage spaces. The hotel restaurant offers room service. The bathrooms offer maximum comfort with bath/shower, some with separate shower cabins. Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Our room overlooked a school yard and it was fun to wake up to the sound of children laughing and playing (of course, it might be because we are grandparents so maybe everyone wouldn't enjoy the sound)

Pros: We were away for 2 weeks and this was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at. The design/decorating was eclectic and very pleasing. We stayed in a new wing and our companions stayed in an updated wing of the old building. Both rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The large bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the old city of Quebec. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quebec.
