Pros:

Staff was friendly and drop off was easy

Cons:

the car had safety issues. we chose a Jeep wrangler. While traveling on the interstate at high speeds the car began to shake vigorously, my husband almost lost control of the car the first time it happened. It happened several times while we had it, sometimes at high speeds and other times just driving through the city. The AC would also start blowing heat out of no where which wasn't comfortable when it is 90+ degrees outside.

Supplier choice

The car smelled awful! If I had time I would have had them switch it out but I had already waited longer than expected for them to have the car ready and I had to get somewhere else right away.

Cons:

I was told I would be compensated at the return of my rental but the drop off spot said there was nothing they could do so I was not took care of when they gave me a car that should of been inspected cause I drove 13 hrs from SC to Ind with out and wipers they didn't work and it was in the snow so I think I will go to Enterprise like I should of.
