Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to downtown, entertainment venues, and public transport. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many finding rooms and common areas well-kept. However, there were repeated complaints about service, including unfriendly staff, billing issues, and poor customer support. Parking was a major frustration due to high prices, lack of clarity, and limited availability. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it while others found it lacking in variety or availability. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and parking were notable areas of concern.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Overall this hotel was great. The staff was excellent with their service and communication. I requested for a room that was feather free and they accommodated that. The Starbucks in the location isn’t that great - it’s worth driving out somewhere else. Ordered pizza from the restaurant but it’s wasn’t the greatest packing or cooking. The pizza felt undercooked.
Pros (+) The proximity to the convention center and civic hall was crucial for my team's stay and this property is next to both. The accomadations and staff were excellent. I would recommend splurging a little fir the concierge lounge.
