Pros:They were closed at 7:00 pm even though I booked the rental at that time. Wonder if you will give me my money back.
Cons:Three day cancellation charge! I will never use them again.

Cons:They messed up literally every aspect of the rental. We prepaid and they charged us more money at check out even when I was showing them the email I received that said zero dollars would be due at check out. Every single representative we talked to told us something different. I had to call customer service 9 times and go up to the rental center six times for one car rental. I cancelled my rental through them twice and they still didn't cancel it so on the day we were leaving I was told I would either pick up the vehicle or they would charge me a several hundred dollar fee. They took what should have been a wonderful road trip and vacation and turned it into such a stressful mess that by the time I finally picked up my car (not the car I ordered mind you-because they had given that one away) I didn't even want to go anymore. This company is an absolute nightmare and I would never do business with them again-- I would literally walk first.
Pros:We didn't end up even getting a car from them, the supposed manager, Kenetha, was incredibly rude so we canceled.
Cons:EVERYTHING! The original flight was canceled due to the weather and it was next to impossible to get an actual person on the phone to let them know. The person I spoke to did not seem to know what to do & when we went to pick up it was a mess and they were extremely rude.

Cons:The car was very dirty, inside and out. Not a great presentation. After filling up the car before dropoff I received an invoice with a. $11 "convenience fuel" fee which I now have to track down and remove. That alone will make me never rent from here again. Fake, sly charges like that are unnecessary.
