9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was stunning! We had an amazing sauna in our room, the library was cozy, the owners were so lovely and welcoming and made us feel so, so special because it was our honeymoon! Easy little walk in to town, lots of great recommendations for dinner. Go to Worthy Kitchen!
Cons: A fridge in the room rather than just in the little kitchen would have been great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was excellent - he went above and beyond to serve a delicious breakfast and offer tips for things to do in the area. The house is uniquely designed and we loved our room! One of the cutest B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in! Will definitely be back!
Cons: A couple bugs in the bathroom but nothing concerning.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Innkeeper is fantastic. Breakfast was warm, cozy and very welcoming.
Cons: In bathroom, sink backed up with water very quickly. Sink stopper broken and moldy around stopper base and inside pipe. Maybe something deeper in pipe as well preventing water from flowing out. Shower head awkward because in middle of shower. Okay for one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners Isabelle and Kamir were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating for my daughter who has diet restrictions. Our room was very comfortable, King size bed and beautifully decorated.
Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Karim was the absolute best host! He waited for us to arrive after check in time because our road trip was a little delayed, he gave us a tour of the property, and made us dinner reservations to accommodate our late arrival. He and his wife cooked the most delicious breakfast in the morning and sent us on our way to explore the town. The property itself is the most quintessential New England B&B, so adorable, quaint, and hospitable. Our room was very spacious as well as our bathroom. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Woodstock!
Cons: It did get a little toasty in the room so we had to sleep with the windows cracked, and the wifi was a bit slow. But neither were deal breakers for us, if anything it was just part of the charm!

The cleanliness was 10/10 for sure, and the king size bed is really comfy. Would definitely recommend for anyone who's seeking a family friendly gateway near Killington.
Cons: Nothing particularly, if it's not my fault, the thermometer was a bit tricky to control for the perfect temperature, But consider it's not using the latest A/C system, this is completely forgivable and you could always adjust to the right temperature before you go to bed. Love the warm house environment though!

5.4 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and a good standard.
Cons: We stay at RI a lot and the breakfast wasn't as nice as usual. At checkin our keypasses didn't program and the checkin person felt he had to test it rather than just fix it by giving us newly programmed passes. This caused a lot of unnecessary back and forth to the back door and I found it awkward. We missed having a pool in the hotel. Maybe there is space for just a hot tub?
6.0 Good
Pros: It's proximity to the hospital
Cons: The rooms were not clean. The silverware in the drawer had food on it. THe room thermostat was 50 degrees when we got there. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was on the phone in our face for 5 minutes with no indication of noticing us.

Pros: Very clean, spacious room. Nice breakfast seating area, even had a table with a coloring station for kids! King suite was very large! Great location for spending a long weekend in Woodstock, Hanover, Quechee region. Easy driving everywhere. Fantastic!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a great location and absolutely functional. The staff are eager to make sure you feel taken care of.
Cons: Nothing at all. I have stayed in some 15 Holiday Inns in US in the last 2 years and find the Break Fast boring. But that is because I am an Asian and can not survive on Cin. Rolls, Cereals for too long.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Decent hotel, well located at the intersection of I-89 and I-91. The King Room was enormous, it was actually a suite with the size of an apartment. Very comfortable bed, we slept very well. Decent free breakfast for this type of hotel, obviously nothing fancy (far from that) but they have a very acceptable variety of items. Overall, very good value for the price we paid.
Cons: Nothing. I mean otherwise it would have had to be more expensive. Hard to criticize considering the price, no significant flaws.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how friendly the staff was, they were extremely helpful with any questions I had, they even helped us get an Uber when we were unable to. We had a slight mix up with the room when we first arrived but Elisha Moody was able to find a solution and get it fixed right away and always had a smile during that process, I really appreciate her. The breakfast was good every morning and their coffee has been the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. And they hands down have the best staff I’ve ever come in contact with at any establishment, they make you feel like you’ve known them forever.
Cons: N/A

Pros: It was spacious, the coffee table that separated and came up higher was great for my elderly husband. I found the desk with the good lighting a real plus. Even though we traveled for a wedding I had some work to complete also. Eve was an exceptional manager meeting our needs. Angel was a pleasure at check in. Her knowledge was patience was a welcome surprise! She is a definite asset to your team! Roberta was very friendly and sincere as she toke time to speak to all the guests while keeping the breakfast area very clean and well stocked!
5.5 Okay
Pros: Food was ok and the underground parking
Cons: My room was not cleaned for 2 days I had to go down to the front desk to ask to get it cleaned. I thought I was booking a room with a stove and refrigerator because the picture showed that but it was a room with a little refrigerator, sink and microwave.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great stay. Nice self-service breakfast, good pool, nice lounge area with 24h coffee station. Great service too!
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was perfect for our trip between Burlington, VT and Portsmouth, NH. Easy access to hotel with safe secure parking. Only concern ( fine )was there are opaque roller shades in our eastern facing room so we were greeted with a bright eyed sun rise at 5:45 this morning. Not sure if there were supposed to be darkening shades in the room. No problem though for Holiday Inn Express White River Junction offered a relaxing stay for a good value.
Cons: Room darkening shades for those that want to sleep in a bit.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The WiFi took a while to Get in one of our phones butnothwr than that a very nice experience

8.8 Excellent
Pros: I indicated on reservation that my husband is disabled. Our room was set up wonderfully for him. Multiple handrails in bath, wide doors, lots of room. The only improvement would be at least one chair with arms. The chairs made it very difficult for him to get up. Good experience overall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchen, bed, breakfast, pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location very convenient and love a full size refrigerator and dishes/cooking utensils for extended stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and sheets are fresh and clean.
Cons: Housekeeping was not able to clean our room, we had arrived back from our event at 5pm and was tired. We needed to relax before the evening events. They should ask at the front desk what would be the ideal time for cleaning and see if this can be worked out with the guests. Front desk staff also needs more training with being more welcoming. They were not rude, they just all didn't seem excited to represent the element brand.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: They never came in to clean room, make beds. Had to call 3 times for towels, plus since never came in room, had call for tissues. The front desk i had a convert with and come back litteraly ten minutes later and she said couldn’t do what i had just asked, she forgot and already charged the one credit card.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room size. Very clean. Good breakfast. Outstanding amenities like the outdoor patio. I love the layout of the hotel.
Cons: No

Cons: Someone was given a key to my door and would have been able to enter my room while I was sleeping, if I did not engage the manual door lock Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle pickup at the bus station Payed $264 a night for what is supposed to be a budget accommodation in rural America
8.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. The place was packed and the workers really did a great job staying on top of things. Give them a raise!
6.2 Good
Pros: Great location across from DHMC. Friendly staff.
Cons: Beds and pillows to firm for my liking. Bathroom fan hummed all night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Was very comforrable. Housekeeping staff could have been better, and they kept an item I left there by accident, even if I left a decent tip, but the front desk was very helpful, for the most part. Comcast cable was a pain to ger the hang of.
Cons: Bistro was pretty convenient. But I told them the extra sea salr added to the pot pie was too much. lol
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, clean room. Good location.
Cons: I have a Tesla vehicle and had to drive 7 miles to the nearest charging station. I would appreciate having a charging station for Tesla or even a slower charging station like Charge Point at the Marriott! This would also be a draw for other Electrical Vehicle owners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed talking to the woman who was working the bar last night and this am - tho unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She was very kind and sociable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice place and the staff was nice.
Cons: We paid more for the room with breakfast, but they only gave us 2 vouchers even though there were three of us in the group
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, lots of towels, etc, grab bars in shower, coffee maker and fridge avaialable.
Cons: The temperature gauge was hard to calibrate and the fan going on an off all night was annoying.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was very good.... Tim was a great help when my daughter lost the battery pak to her camera.
Cons: Nothing stands out...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Cookies at 17:00. There is a pool and a gym at the hotel. A lot of parking and overall a good vibe. NOTE - the breakfast is not a Buffet. You get a coupon for Starbucks (inside the hotel) and you get coffee and one dish (eggs, toast, etc.). Very good breakfast. I gave 5* on location, but I don't really know what is around.
Cons: Nothing
6.8 Good
Pros: Location, comfortable
Cons: Thought the TV placement in rm 230 was odd. You should be able to change the channel and view it from the left and right side of the bed.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was pleasant and courteous even the maintenance guys that were working on changing all the keys on the floor I was on.
Cons: The breakfast is not well thought out. You have to order from a Starbucks-like counter and it can get really backed up. I had purchased breakfast included with the room, but the first day my son waited 40 minutes for food. Also , it’s the only coffee in the building and the hours are quite limited.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very modern and roomy rooms
Cons: Nothing

8.8 Excellent
Pros: it's a lovely little centrally located B&B. Our hosts were very nice, we felt welcomed. The breakfast was amazing, it was a highlight of our stay.
Cons: I wish there was a TV in the room. Everything closes early in the town, and it's literary noting to do other then just go to bed early. I also felt that the price was too high for the value. However the 5 star breakfast has partially redeemed it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is great! It is clean comfortable, easy to reach. The hosts are very accommodating. Dixi and Willa are great hosts. The breakfast was tasty and plenty. I would definitely come back, when in the area.

Cons: Two fire alarms early in the morning the first day. The TV never worked.

Pros: The king size bed was comfortable...the room was a really good size and the bathroom was fantastic! I loved the sink and the shower! There were built in storage bins, and a mini fridge to boot!
Cons: The cost of $12.95 for the buffet breakfast was a little steep in my opinion. I would have loved a little more options. But, overall it was okay!

Cons: 4 people. 1 bed, really?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: If you are taking the Dartmouth shuttle, the station is only about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel.

Pros: Mara was friendly and welcoming. She gave great recommendations. Woodstock is a beautiful town. Our breakfast was the best. We loved our short stay.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Very Rude Staff/Unavailable Tiny Room Dirt in Battroom Coffee cups were dirty Owner is very aggressive $185 and the worst experience one can have, literally the worst. She just doesn't care about guests and once checked in, no one is there to help as herself and 2employees were in the house across the building; once you request something, they just react aggressively and give you this look that you are bothering them. Very strange people were coming in and out of that place.
Cons: If you d like to throw your money away then go there. Owner is very toxic and seem to be under some heavy drugs, very scary russian woman & very aggressive. She was dressed like a bum and reminds you that it is her place. Aggressive enough that she gets too close to talk to you. Strange activities at her place: most likely a brothel house/ mafia type
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: No comments, all wrong!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent
9.7 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I went for a quick weekend get away and on a whim booked a room at The Lincoln Inn. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Mara, the hostess, was warm and welcoming - a fascinating person with a remarkable back story. Her partner and chef, Yvgenia, is a meticulous cook who leaves no detail go unnoticed. Our breakfast was a masterpiece - I've never had better bacon and the fruit was cut and presented beautifully. We didn't plan to stay for dinner, and that was our mistake - and one we won't make again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mara, the owner, was extremely cheerful and willing to please. We loved the cozy atmosphere. The food was great. We would definitely stay again.
