Cons: Continental Breakfast for price was disappointing
Cons: Did not have central AC. Window unit blew across the whole rooom.
Pros: Gibson's is the best for easy access to the yard, downtown and it even has off street parking!
Pros: parking, smack dab in the middle of the waterfront. the staff is always super friendly, great b&b vibe. (3) different houses from (3) distinctly different timeframes makes for interesting room options.
Cons: a bit pricey... but it can be a pricey town, especially on 'event' weekends.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff
Cons: Our room was a bit noisy and AC was kept at very low temperature
Pros: Lovely, fresh and clean. Very welcoming! Location was charming and convenient . Loved my getaway!
Cons: I was very pleased!!

Pros: First experience at bed and breakfast stay. wife was alittle skeptical at first being uncomfortable in someone elses home but her feelings quickly changed after she felt the welcome hospitality of Tiffany`s personality and the coziness of the home we were staying in.we opted for the more expensive suite which turned out to be the right choice.Would definitely book this stay again.

Pros: From the well-appointed rooms, scenic location, and delicious breakfast bar, to the wonderfully nice and super helpful staff, this has been one of my favorite hotel stays in many years. Each staff memeber I interacted with was cheerful, and always greeted me with a smile. I'm looking forward to returning to this location!
Cons: The oddest and only complaint I have about this entire stay is about the weight of the doors on the rooms. I know it sounds weird, but their room doors are much heavier than I expected. But, as I said, it's the ONLY complaint I have.
Pros: i liked location close to restaurants and beautiful waterviews but way too expensive to not even include a breakfast of some kind.. Sue
Cons: Rooms were nice and balcony was a plus.

Pros: Very clean, modern amenities, friendly staff.
Cons: The only hiccup was that construction closed the main entrance and parking garage entrance. It was easy to find the curbside valet parking, but the sign pointing straight for self-park was woefully inadequate (one needed to drive about a half-mile farther and then make two right-hand turns (only the second of which had a sign) to go in the back entrance. Similarly, it was not at all clear where the entrance was -- there was only the name of the hotel restaurant over it and inside. These problems will disappear in a few months when construction wraps up, but in the meantime the last problem I expected was being able to enter the hotel.
Pros: When I called the front desk at 1am because the occupants of the room next door were loud, it was taken care of immediately. Loved the complimentary WA post and NY Times newspapers in lobby. Couldn't change us to a King Bed room vs. Double beds. Seemed like we were less-well treated because of booking on a 3rd party site.
Cons: Could hear loud, raucous and profane conversation and laughter, woke me and my family up 3 times during the night, finally at 1am I called downstairs. Seemed to be blood spatter/stain on one of the sheets. Complimentary coffee urn in lobby was empty the one morning I noticed it - at 10am. ?! Was quite a distance from the main shopping and restaurant area, though we did have a nice meal at an Asian restaurant nearby.
Pros: Sfaff was friendly and nice.
Location was great.
Cons: Room was a bit small for the price.
Pros: The staff was terrific!
Pros: location was great
1 block walk to center of town
Cons: did not offer free breAKFAST
Located in the heart of America’s sailing capital, Loews Annapolis Hotel is the room you need in our historic seaport hometown.
George Brooks House B&B is a great choice for a stay in St. Michaels. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking are added perks. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and rooms offer upscale touches like fireplaces and jetted tubs.
Cons: Parking too tight.
Old room. Old bathroom.
Second night, several fire alarms.
Went out side with two other couples
Others remained in the bar.
Was not approached by any staff.
was not told what the problem was.
Was not told it was OK to go Bach to room
called the desk when the alarms we t off again.
Asked the front desk if we needed to evaluate again.
Was told no and then hung up on.
Very un professional.
Not a well run ship at all.
Sub part for 500 a day.
Very sub par.
Cons: Our door was old and kept sticking so we had to shoulder the thing open. Confusing were to park or the whole valet system. No breakfast at the marlyland inn.
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable
Cons: Our sink repeatedly expelled gas and grime from the drain.
We were in Room 318 of the Maryland Inn. It is a triangle, with the bathroom at the top point, and busy streets on two of the sides of the main room. The street noise was very loud from both sides which made it hard to relax or sleep.
It took us 45 minutes to get our car from valet parking the first morning we were there.
Pros: My wife and I started at the Robert Johnson House for a weekend trip to Annapolis. The hotel was well located, and pretty nice. Overall, I liked the hotel. If I'm ever going to stay overnight in Annapolis again, I'll likely stay in one of the Historic Inns again.
Cons: The cable didn't get a good signal, though. After a day of walking, I wanted to relax and watch TV, but the picture and sound kept cutting out. Luckily I can watch Netflix in my phone.
Cons: Walls are thin; at 1am I had to turn on the A/C to muffle the noise from others. Couldn't find any staff when attempting to check out.
Pros: They provided cookies, hot cider and hot chocolate in the lobby for guests the first night I stayed, which was a nice surprise. The location was incredible to walk around the city and to the Naval Academy.
Cons: The closest parking was several blocks away, and with old brick sidewalks I couldn't roll my suitcase. I had to carry it. Plus, there weren't the cookies and cider the second night. I'm not sure why and I was kind of looking forward to them after the first night.
The room and bathroom were very tiny, too much of the room was taken up by furniture. I had to turn sideways to get past the bed and dresser to get to the bathroom.
Also, the pillows weren't comfortable at all, they were too soft.
Pros: Everything. Downtown is amazing. Favorite place to go. Go 3 or 4 times a year.
Pros: privacy...historic...very well run & would stay with them again
Cons: what brings my rating down is their restaurant, "The Treat of Paris". it is a poor, poor restaurant that represents itself as historic/romantic fine dining when the food was half rate at best. service tried, but it seemed their was a lack of management to oversee it (basic service, issues with food temps, food coming out cold). it's areal Shane that such an established institution as this restaurant has been badly managed to the point of just surviving on its laurels..even the locals tried to warm me that these days it's a tourist trap
Pros: Best location!
Cons: Young girl who checked us in was rude. She did not make us feel welcomed at all. I felt like I was on an assembly line when she went through her check-in speech.
We stayed at the Maryland Inn. It has potential but when we walked in our room it felt like a dorm room. Just a bed and a dresser TV, and window AC unit. There was no artwork on the walls. Also, they must be renovating because when we got back for the evening the entire lobby and second floor smelled of oil based paint

Pros: Location location location. Looking for a night out in beautiful downtown historic Annapolis? It's literally right outside the front door.
Cons: The sink to the bathroom was actually next to the bed. That was a little weird, but no matter. The room was outdated, but who cares. It's what's right outside that counts! Plus the staff was friendly and the deli right downstairs serves amazing food.
Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to everything around town

Cons: No hot water in the morning we were leaving. Cold showers for me and my wife could not take one.
Pros: Beautiful clean rooms
Cons: Everything was ðŸ‘ðŸ¾
Pros: Privacy of suites, secure part of town
Cons: Brady a little over run
Cons: The front staff lady race her voice at me in the phone
Pros: Our room was very spacious and had everything that we needed!
Hotel staff very good and friendly. Location near shopping=not so close to downtown, Need a car to get around.
Pros: lARGE ROOM SIZE. Good parking great location
Cons: Noisy footsteps from room above.
To us the hotel seemed clean, well-decorated, and modern. The room set-up was awesome with a little kitchenette, living space with a pull-out sofa, the Queen bed area, and a large bathroom.
Pros: This hotel was super! The location was perfect for us as it was just off Riva Road. The rooms are SO NICE and spacious! We had a first-floor room and it was convenient to the outdoor pool as well as to breakfast. The morning menu was varied and good.
Cons: It did not bother us, but there was only one Queen bed and a pull-out sofa.
A friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms combined to make this a great visit. Definitely would return their again.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful; they made us feel at home. Also, the room was huge - more a suite than a hotel room, with kitchen and living room. Great location near downtown annapolis, which was a ~$10 taxi ride away.
Cons: No complaints - my girlfriend and I had a great stay.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located for my needs. Easy access to I97 and a quick drive to the Navy Stadium. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good.
Pros: Quiet and spacious room, convenient location
Staff is so friendly and accommodating. The staff is hardworking and takes pride in every job, greeting and food service and custodial. The place is the cleanest I've seen anywhere. A real breakfast is provided for the guests. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and cereals. Not just pastries and coffee like other hotels. Handicap accessible is very conveniently next to the parking space. Easy check in and check out. Well worth the money.
Pros: Location to so many places we wanted to see. Friendly staff. Quiet and off of the street. Well lit and easily accessible. Plenty of room and very relaxing.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
The hotel is perfect for families and people staying a longer time for work or vacation.
Pros: The room was wonderful and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Good location, only a short drive to downtown Annapolis and you could probably way to the new Annapolis town center. Bad news, doors open to the outside and create a small sound tunnel because of this. We had VERY loud neighbors slamming doors till 2 or 3 AM. Plus because doors open to the outside every time we opened a door little flies or gnats would make their way in.
Pros: The room was really nice. It was well maintained hotel, the staff was very friendly at check-in.
Cons: This hotel has the doors open to the outside, not what I am used to and for the summer LOTS of bugs made their way inside.

Cons: Stairs to s third floor. Parking was a block away.
Pros: The location is the best in the city. Everything is in walking distance. Tables outside make enjoying the peacefulness. Hotel employee is very sweet and makes sure you are happy and satisfied. Our room was amazing with a great view down the street . Will
Cons: If you are looking for a brand new 2017 built inn this is not for you. But we love old time buildings and inns. Was extremely clean, very hot water, coffee in your room and great king sized bed. You may want to bring your own pillow they were thin .
Pros: The location was terrific right in the heart of Annapolis. USNA, Main St, City Dock, even Navy's football stadium were in walking distance. Staff was also wonderful and very accommodating. Parking at the Hillman Garage was easy and the discount was nice.
Cons: Not much not to like.
Pros: Unique rooms with an excellent location.
Pros: I LOVED the character of my room, even the creaky floors! The furniture was old and beautiful and my bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows.
Cons: I went to close the blinds and they didn't work, so I went to draw the curtains which fell on me. I called the front desk and had to wait for a call back, which was prompt and by the time I got back from a 15 minute run for some food, the curtain was up.
Pros: room comfortable ,,,what i expected
Cons: all most everything ok
Very nice but is not a B&B but a wonderful place to stay. Plan to stay there again.
Pros: It is in a great location. Cute little inn.
Cons: It is hard at times to find a place to park to drop off and pick up your items
Pros: Liked the location. Had use of refrigerator in hallway. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable.
Cons: Bed wasn't very comfortable. Room was dated. No snacks or food of any kind which was unusual for an Inn. It was like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast.
Pros: Amazing location and vintage atmosphere!
Cons: Room freezing cold or heating so noisy could not sleep
Gracious and engaging staff, charming facility, central location, parking nearby, definitely not your chain hotel experience. Can't wait to go back.
Pros: It was within walking distance of all downtown and academy. Staff was very accomadating. Our event ended after checkout but they gladly let us store luggage and change after, before driving ... a hidden jewel in Annapolis.
Cons: No there was nothing not to like

Pros: In off-season, it's quiet, with an unmatched view.
Pros: The view is astounding
Pros: good location. convient to Annapolis and other attractions. restaurants etc.
Pros: The staff was wounderful and very helpful . When we arrived we asked for a larger room and they were happy to provide us with one .The rooms were very clean . Great hotel . Loved the pool too
Pros: I live the location of this hotel.
Cons: The room had 2 different beds. A good bed and a not so good bed. The beds should be the same.
Pros: By far the best thing about this hotel was the view of the Bay. We ended up going to a near by grocery store and by a bottle of wine and some fruit cheese and bread and enjoyed the sunset and the fire works.
Cons: The worst thing was that there were several Lacrosse teams staying at the hotel with multiple unsupervised children running up and down the halls and generally disturbing the peace. This was going on while the adults that were drinking.
Pros: Great Location. Nice room but a little small - not much space between desk and bed.
Pros: free wifi
Cons: the bathroom needs some work. the faucet was leaky and the shower either had mold or was dirty at the top.
Pros: Great location
Cons: No hot water for the shower and the only thing they had to say was sorry. Very unusual for a Holiday Inn experience.
The hotel has a nice view of the bay
Pros: Location and it has a nice view of the bay
Cons: Hotel staff very unfriendly and I saw a roach climbing up my bed as I was going to go to sleep
Pros: View,cont. breakfast
Conveniently located, great staff.
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and engaging. There was a conference in town and they were booked solid and busy But they went out of their way to be accomodating to every guest.
Holiday Inn Express Annapolis - Kent Island is a great choice for a stay in Grasonville. Guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, and hiking/biking trails and kayaking are nearby. LCD TVs, refrigerators, and premium bedding are offered in all rooms.
Cons: Hotel is worn and is showing age-cleaning was average at best. Corners of the bathroom had mold. Breakfast was good if you arrived at least an hour before it closed because they didn't restock items after that. And staff spoke Spanish but should be more careful about how they talk about guests since some guests are bilingual and can understand their negative conversations. Pool had a lifeguard that was not kind to the kids. This was our first stay at a Country Inn and likely our last.
Pros: I thought that the staff was wonderful. The hotel over all seemed very clea, up to date and well taken care of. I like the fact that we were able to bring our dog. Another point that I thought was great was that the room that my family stayed was almost like two rooms in one. We stayed in one of thier king suites. It had a king bed in a room that was separate by a door and my children stayed on a pull out couch that was more then big enough for the bothe of them. I have a 17 and a 11 year old so they are not small children. I appreciate the fact that when my husband and I wanted to be alone we were able to just by closing the door but still being in the room. The location of the hotel was not far from the bay bridge so it did not take us long to get to beach like areas. All in all it was a great trip.
Cons: The rooms were pretty clean and the only complaint that I may have is that the bathrooms were a little dirty. When we first got into the room thier was hair all over the tub.
Pros: Staff was friendly and allowed for a late check out. Shower had good pressure.
Cons: This hotel is very dated. AC is extremely loud so if ours turned off we could hear units running from other rooms. Soap was not very soapy! Carpet is old and the room in general is in need of new furniture and paint. No air circulating in the bathroom. Indoor pool is very small. If there was more than my family in the pool it would have been crowded. Also the water seemed clean but it was cloudy, which is usually an indication of chemical imbalance. It was easy to get into town but I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros: Hotel was clean, staff friendly and professional.
Cons: Breakfast was ok, but nothing exceptional
Pros: The staff was wonderful.
The breakfast better than most.
Cons: They were re-carpeting. I have issues with the smell of the glue. They tried to accommodate me. At one point they even moved my room to another area. It was frustrating as I had booked there for the pool and workout room and could not access them for a number of days because of the glue. I would not have booked there if Had realized they were carpeting.
Pros: Rooms were well furnished and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was awful and the lack of ventilation in the baths made no sense.

Pros: Location was reasonably close to all major shopping
Cons: Quality of food in the restaurant was lacking
Pros: The hotel was as expected for a Double Tree. Very nice place!
Cons: The hotel was under staffed. We traveled in for a sporting event (the hotel was sold out), yet the front desk was short staffed and they were only running one shuttle to downtown.
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and helpful
Cons: Little further from attractions
Pros: Agreed that the elevator is really small and used by staff and guests. The hotel, especially the Honors level was well appointed with refrigerator and microwave. The Exec center is TINY. The fitness room is well-appointed, but can be crowded in the morning. They offer complimentary earphones (new in plastic) for guests in the fitness center as the machines all have TV and audio. No Pay Per View movies in the rooms, which was very disappointing to my MID who wanted to watch movies in the room. The complimentary shuttle to/from the hotel is a really great deal. Enabled us to get to downtown without the hassle of parking! We would stay there again.
