Prompt free pickup. Easy paperwork and quick to get into the vehicle. The car was nice and clean. Ease of return. Got exactly the same car that was requested online.Cons:
Some discrepancies with their billing system. On the computer it was $7-8 on top of final price. On their tablet, it was the exact price. When driving, can feel issues with gear change, acceleration/pickup etc with the car. This may be due to the wear and tear and different driving styles of previous renters.
