Pros:
Prompt free pickup. Easy paperwork and quick to get into the vehicle. The car was nice and clean. Ease of return. Got exactly the same car that was requested online.Cons:
Some discrepancies with their billing system. On the computer it was $7-8 on top of final price. On their tablet, it was the exact price. When driving, can feel issues with gear change, acceleration/pickup etc with the car. This may be due to the wear and tear and different driving styles of previous renters. But never had any major problems or breakdown.10.0 Wonderful

Extremely comfortable, great gas mileage, lots of nice features in the vehicle, drove very smooth.Cons:
We received the vehicle with one of the tires having much less tire pressure and we had to go and fix the tire pressure ourselves. There was also old used bottles of water and mouthwash under the seats.2.0 Poor

not getting a car at all when I showed up to the rental on the day of because THEY WERE CLOSED, and then not receiving any discount in having to book another car myself within the hour of this happening. Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service not helpful at all.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I wasn't even able to get the car since they were closed on the day of booking. I called 3 times and was told someone would call me back to help get another car rental at the same price but no one called me back. Totally messed up my plans for the holidays. Never renting from enterprise again.Hertz

The rental car was clean. Mohammed was very helpful and explained the different coverages and how much each was, per day. He also put my concerns at ease and explained how they clean and disinfect the car during Covid-19 times. Thank you Mohammed.2.0 Poor

Due to a delay in our luggage arriving, we couldn't pick up the reservation as scheduled. The next day we found out the car we booked was no longer available, but fortunately the local team was able to locate it at another location, and drove us there to get it.10.0 Wonderful
