1.0 Poor
Pros: The room setup was very nice. Having 2 beds in a bedroom with a pullout couch and desk in a separate room.
Cons: The state of the hotel was AWFUL. It was fully under construction, not just the lobby. There was construction materials throughout the hotel and contractors. The managers didn't seem to care that this was inconvenient.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff in restaurant - Taylor, Joe and Jesse are wonderful and definitely assets to the company. Housekeeping were lovely and loved the Go Green system as we were there so long. Front desk were pleasant but didn’t have much contact.
Cons: Reno’s being done so refresh is n process. Menus could be drastically improved - albeit food improved as we made the occasional comment (ie: taco salad good but meat colder on first night as obviously prepared earlier and kept in fridge) but very heavy menu. Being in hotel for 30 years- just would have had the thought to put us closer to elevator since in-house for 2 weeks.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly flexible staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Size of room
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The sofa in the suite had lot of hairs. Not sure human or animal. As much I disliked the hair, I didn't wanted to make a fuss. Sunday morning I informed the front desk. Still hair were there. Not worth the money I spent.

Pros: Remodel new rooms
Cons: Rooms were not finished
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Handicap parking is well placed but has only 3 parking spaces for a very large room count. I was able to use the handicap parking both nights but would be concerned about the number of spaces when the College is holding events.
Cons: The hotel restaurant appeared nice but has a very limited menu and prices are high. I only ordered carry out to eat in my room. The Hotel is isolated. There are no local restaurants (except McD's and Tim Horton) and grocery stores.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was good. Excellent lovation
Cons: Lobby and restaurant under renovations. Was a didaster

7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were adequate, the breakfast is good, would like some more options, but it was good nonetheless. I appreciated the respect the staff members have; it really means a lot to me. The hotel offers good parking, internet and overall it was an adequate place to be. I always try to stay here when visiting Canada. I will return again, as I have already extended my stay.
Cons: The price was a little high, considering the location and what the hotel offers. Several other hotels can get you a better room and prices. However, since I am loyal to Best Western, I always visit their hotels over any other. In the U.S. or abroad, I try to always go to Best Western. The price could be improved. The cleanliness could also be enhanced as well. A little more work may actually make this place much more beautiful.

Pros: Location and price
Cons: This is an over night hotel. Don't think you'll enjoy staying in it.
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was close by, bed was fairly comfortable & hotel was quiet.
Cons: Wasn’t a fair price for the condition of the room I stayed in. Bed was comfy but I always check for bugs when I check into a hotel, in doing so I noticed lots of stains on mattress protectors and mattress was heavily stained! That should have been replaced a while ago. Shower made a high pitched squeal while in use, fridges have a sticker that says power has been turned off to conserve energy but that lead to mould build up, I wiped it out with one of the face cloths. Heating unit ran constantly so it would get super hot then fan would kick on and get cold. Couldn’t find a comfortable medium.

Cons: Older
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the camp grounds where the grandkids were for the week
Cons: Outside looked run down and not well groomed. However the room was nice and clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: When it comes to value for the money, this Motel is unbeatable. The location is great, the area around it is very scenic and some quaint shops are within walking distance, which makes for pleasant outings if you want to lay low and don't feel like traveling around that day. The rooms are reasonably clean and odour free and heat was good.
Cons: Actually the ONLY thing we didn't like was the wifi, it was hit-and-miss in Room 21. That was the only reason why we indicated above that the place did not meet our expectations, we were expecting wifi not to be an issue. If you hope to do internet work from the motel, you may check with the staff in advance which rooms to choose. But aside from that - everything else is absolutely cool, considering how affordable the rates are. The Motel is not perfect but expecting perfection at these rates would not be fair to the owners. We will definitely come again, we like it there.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I stayed at Lily's for three nights and we had a great time. Lily and Steve were very helpful and their place was comfortable and extremely clean. At night we liked the access to Netflix to watch movies. The porch overlooking the creek was excellent and private. We even brought dinner home one night to eat on the porch at sunset. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The most memorable part of our stay was the free painting lesson from Lily. Lily is a great teacher and the painting we brought home (done by us!) will be on a wall in our home. We will definitely stay here on next trip.
Cons: I really cannot think of any negatives.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s just a beautiful property, the balcony overlooking the 12 Mole creek was an amazing way to enjoy morning coffee and to finish up the day with a glass of wine

8.0 Excellent

Pros: Awesome view of lock and can watch boats use it
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast not available; several blocks away....location is outstanding...excellent view of the locks (which are busy but quiet). Room had picture window to view locks from inside; or balcony to sit outside.
Cons: TV was problematic: no closed caption for hearing impaired; picture larger than screen and no way to adjust; no index for channels...you had to scroll channels one by one. TV is important because there is some wait-time between ships in locks.
7.0 Good
Pros: View of the lock was great for watching ships.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast was provided and the proprietor had asked that it be taken off the website. We took our own. Rooms were large and well-equipped with comfortable beds. A table and four chairs was an extra bonus for us. The ships going by within site and being able to watch them being raised and lowered in the lock was special. Lovely grass and handy parking. Close to so many tourist spots - Niagara Falls, Niagara-0n-the-Lake, the Welland Ship Canal and Locks, etc..
6.7 Good
