We arrived and they could not find our booking from, Booking.com so they gave us 2 free breakfast passes, we were very pleased with the outcome, we have stayed at this hotel many times, and would not stay any where else, just love it.
Great location. Hotel is about 10-20 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St Catherine's, Port Dalhousie and various wineries. Very easy to get any place of interest in that region. Also, Toronto was about 90 minute drive away as well. The food at the hotel was good (to very good). Additionally, my wife and I thought the staff were very attentative and courteous. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase. The fitness center could use an upgrade but it had all the basics.
I found the room to be very comfortable with alot of space and extremely clean. I also liked the decor, especially in the bedroom. The night was also noiseless which was great considering there was a hockey tournament that weekend and you were fully booked, our room was situated in a back corner and it was perfect for us. One of these days I'm going to try the Presidential Suite. No, The Four Points has always been my first choice in hotels and you have yet to disappoint me. Keep up the good work!
Very close to Brock Univercity where we were attending a Dance Convention Very good Hotel - no complaints at all
Staff was very friendly Room with 2 beds could have left 2 complimentary bottles of water vs only 1
spacious and very comfortable suite, which was spotlessly clean and carefully maintained. All of the hotel had a spacious, airy feel about it. Would definitely recommend it. Plenty of room in the car park as well which was free. Also wifi in the the room. Not the hotel's fault, but ill-behaved children running up and down the corridors, screaming and laughing. They were only having children's fun but it was inappropriate behaviour and the parents should have behaved more responsibly. Perhaps hotel security staff might have been checked it.
The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean. It is so conveniently located. I travel 7 hours to visit my granddaughter and I stay here. the amenities are great. Nothing additional needed.
We liked the fact that our family of 5 adults were able to stay comfortably in the suite for one price. It was very central to Brock U. where our visit was centered as well as to the mall.
Staff were great. Not sure if I got the points added to my rewards card or not.
waterpark good , had to wait at bar for drinks quite a bit only one person serving was qualified to serve liquor and when she was on break there was a long time waiting for drinks waiting for drinks to be served everything else was good
That we could use the waterpark multiple times, I was under the impression it would only be once. And, Timothy's!! The family changerooms were difficult to get to, (when you have a 5 year old boy who has to go to the washroom while you're swimming). Even a family washroom in the pool area would help.
Yeah it was good, but when i reserved the room there was 2 beds in a room and when i went to hotel there were only one bed and a sofa becomes a bed but it wasn't confortable but it was ok .
The indoor waterpark was awesome.
waterpark is good for young kids and the water temperature is excellent, not too cold or too hot. I upgraded the room to a Premier room, there are 3 light bulbs in the room not worked or missing.// Power outage in the morning for at least an hour. Looks like out of power is quite common. I think they need to have some kind of Back up power resources.
the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful , the waterpark was well staffed snack bar prices were a bit high
Great place for your money!!! Room was clean. We arrived early and was able to check in early. Great for Families! Our back patio door lead to the play ground outside. Great place for the famly with great value for you money! We will definatley go back!
It was a perfect place to stay when travelling with children. Just that the staff are not too friendly or else it would be perfect.
The Water Park was great for the younger kids. Housekeeping was very quick to bring extra towels and shampoo! The hotel is not convenient to the Falls and tourist areas. The restaurant was over priced and had very slow service. They tried to make up for it with free dessert and were friendly. The room could use some remodeling for the price we paid. The a/c needed to be repaired during our stay. The pull out sofa bed mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable.
Room was very nice, it was large with a partial sitting area with a 2nd TV. There was not enough parking during busy times. When we arrived there was a wedding reception taking place in the hotel, and we could not find a parking spot.
The 2 person hot tub was the highlight, once the staff cleaned it properly of the previous users hair and lint. We liked the location of the Hotel, we liked that it was close to Clifton Hills but far enough away so it was quiet at night. The Waterpark was also a fun feature. I haven't rode a water slide in years. I didn't like that the on site resto was operating at half capacity as they are renovating for a Boston Pizza. Also, we found that we did not get our money's worth considering what we payed
The ambience of the lobby has a warm friendly feel...very nice. For the price I shouldn't have had to pay for parking ($13) to only be told immediately after not responsible for my vehicle AND the SECURE lot next door was cheaper. Although the view of the falls was decent from our room the strong stench of cigarettes filled the room and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We didn't complain but we feel that because we arrived (12:00) early for a 3:30 checkin they could've done better. We wouldn't stay here twice...sorry.
Everything was fantastic Nothing
The warm cookies were very tasty and the room was comfortable. TV was good, nice big fridge. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Nothing, it's a good place.
The hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. It also had a full Starbucks beside the gift shop if you dislike the in-room coffee pot coffee. The room was very clean and the linens looked fresh and new. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again in the future. The bath towels were rough and thin and didn't do much absorbing. Also, the basic room is only available as two queen size beds. To get a king size bed you have to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. Not a deal breaker but also not very "couple friendly."
Very clean. Large room. Refrigerator included. Good beds. Good location. Parking aloud for checkout day. Nice staff. Very pretty hotel. Also, I forgot a nice belt and they called me to tell me. They are even sending it out without charging me for postage. Thanks Doubletree.
It was close to many of the attractions. Mattress was too hard, pillows were too soft--no support.
The lobby was beautiful! Warm and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly .Our room was lovely. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Big and fluffy, like a sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are clean, the towels were fluffy and big.. The coffee in maker in the room was perfect. I would have preferred more creamers.but still perfect. The hotel is centrally located between the falls and Clinton Hill. About a 15-20 min walk to each, We certainly got our exercise !!! The Aveda Spa is wonderful. We each had a 55 min massage with a scalp treatment that felt and smelled amazing!! The indoor pool and sauna was the icing on the cake!! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Napoli Italian restaurant located one block away is delicious!! Would certainly go for a delicious relaxing meal!! The Ossa buco gnocci is to die for!! Dont miss the illuminated falls. Spectacular!! Be prepared to spend money. Food and entertainment is very expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It is just reality in this area. Once i got over how $$$ everything is I relaxed, went with it and had a really enjoyable time.
Location, view from room, darkening shade for comfortable sleep. Would have looked a small table for the easy chair. view of the falls was somewhat obstructed, we mainly saw the mist and top of the falls, but couldn't see the horshoe falls at all. We had requested fall view room.
Staff was very accomodating;restaurant food was better than expected and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Restaurant staff were all exceptional.Loved the on site Spa-I always visit when we stay here.Beds were very comfortable Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries, coffee as expected. On site Starbucks do not accept Starbucks cards.Bath towels could use an upgrade
The staff, the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we arrived, the view from out room, the suite and layout of our room. The price was a little high, but all of Niagara Falls is a little pricey!!
Pool and spa were excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. I liked the free cookies. Would stay there again and recommend it Nothing
It was very close to Canada eh
Price was OK, Owner was friendly and accomodating. Housekeeping was terrible. Wrong size sheets on the bed, four days in a row. one bath towel for two people, no tissue. One roll of toilet paper. One SMALL bar of soap for two people for four days. Electric went out on the last day. (OK, not the owner's fault).
the room was clean. The heater was not working so the room was freezing. It was in the low 40's when we stayed at the place. It could be a bit more presentable by changing the bed cover to something more modern along with the window treatment. The window treatment was partly falling apart.
location was good and the price was better than all the other hotels i looked at
absolutly nothing. we found mould, dirty towels and underware behind the furniture. other guest 3 rooms down were outside smoking pot and drinking outside their room, not something i needed my 9 year old daughter to see. There was no long distance on the phone and the front desk went to do not disturb at 10:30.
Yakuzi and red lights!
Friendly staff, on city bus route Black mold in bathroom yeck, towel racks were missing
Nothing....this motel is disgusting and I am never going there again. I am surprised we actually have hotels like that in canada Motel was dirty and stinking, outdoor pool was dirty, the yard was dirthy, the staff tricked us to get a 2 queen beds room wen we booked a family suite. We never got the family suite.
It's a funky cheap motel. Sheets were clean, room was clean and staff was friendly.
I liked the fact that after the first night of no heat in my room, I had to go and ask for the manager to turn it on in my room. When the sun went down the second day, a nice fellow came and brought a portable plug in heater for me. No one asked me how I was doing- ever. No housekeeping inquiries by any employee for a fresh towel or sheet or blanket.
It was near niagara falls and other atractions the carpet was durty
Pool, bed Shower, toilet, size. Toilet was rocking when used, leaked denied senior's discount.we did not tell them when booking, but did tell them when we arrived. We will not return
It was ok, for the price that we paid. The bath tub was very nice.
very clean; no unusual odours, bathrooms are wonderful (no mildew as well) Continental breakfast hours are too limiting; ended at 8:30 am, even one hour more would have seemed more reasonable to be useful. Air conditioner leaked inside onto the floor. Pool hours too limiting also; in very hot weather as we were experiencing it would have been nice to have cooled off before we retired for the night; 11 pm would be good and being that it is an unsupervised pool it doesn't infringe on staffing. Signs could be put up to remind people using pool to be respectful of other guest after 9pm re noise. If extra towels were requested on our first night, when the towels are replaced at clean up then the same number should be put back in the room.
I liked the option to purchase breakfast, it seemed like a great deal. Nothing.
Fits the price Seedy characters at night, drug deals occurring on premises, dirty room, lots of wires around the room
Close to most events. staff are friendly did not have handicap access. They did not have readily available resources for handicapped people
the hotel represented very good value for the money when you supply a queen bed at least provide sheets that fit the bed - say king size sheets that wrap around the matress
everything was fabulous we were there for our wedding/honeymoon and it was beautiful and elegant and the staff was oh so helpful i even got beautiful wedding photos taken in the landscape. i would of rated them higher the internet access wasnt the best
I loved the price and the location
Price Room was dirty. No hot water in bathroom sink. TV did not work. Saw prostitution activity at night followed by loud banging on next door unit for at least 15minutes at 6am. The "breakfast" is a joke. Went to the Tim's across the street. Please understand that my standards are not high....I could never recommend a stay here.
The rooms were very nice and very affordable
Pleasant desk clerk. Close to bus stop. Free breakfast. Price was ridiculously high but it was a holiday weekend. Older outdated facility. A loud group of people were gathered in the parking lot visiting with each other; they were too loud, made it difficult to go to sleep. Breakfast dining area is very tiny, only two tables, barely any room to move around.
Older hotel but clean. It is a few miles from falls. Would stay there again.
good value and good breakfast for money not close to the Falls, but we knew it
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was literally in awe from the sparkling bathroom floors! ( not one mark, hair, or streak) bedding and pillows were calling for us! My girls even commented and trust me they are Teens and super hard to impress let alone give a compliment. The maintenance call was handled quickly and effectively. The gentleman apologized for the interruption and easily fixed the shower drain backup. Most unprofessional staff We have encountered at a Hilton. We stay at them often and love the superior rooms and service. But after a long evening with our girls walking and enjoying the falls attractions Amd sites. Dropping almost $ 700 ln the room to start off to have to be charged for WIFI for the one person extra and to be told that we cannot enjoy the complimentary breakfast or attraction packages (even though we are paying the exact same price as the ones who qualify) and then to be insulted by offering us $3.00 off an iMax show (wow no thanks) super disappointed in the lack of effort and quite frankly rude and curt tone. Calling me dear while my title is Dr. That is petty and really didn't bother me too much just mentioned as a sidebar. Also I am a HIlton Honors member but I husband booked online and forgot to include the member #. Which they told us we cannot earn the points for this stay.... Why???? Idk
The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled. Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..
Great location Didn't have my correct reserved room type and keys didn't work!
Overall very nice would come back again The lines at the check in and check out service
Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).
The pillows and bed Poor connection on tv No radio No aux cable No clock Pay for 25 or 30 for parking -.- Not included breakfest Room wasn't what I expected king bed room I thought was somthing romantic side was 3 year anniversary
Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free.
Hotel itself was huge. Very nicely done. Clean. Pool area looked different than in photos, still a good pool for kids. View was slightly obstructed by a giant casino with a huge digital monitor display on the side of it. Could still see both falls ok.
advertised a whirlpool tub and a view of the casino got a back room butted up against the elevator pick another hotel
It was in a central location near restaurants and right up the hill from Niagara Falls. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Parking is $30 a day! Also was given a room without a bed in it when I first arrived. They were able to switch rooms for me though. I think there were cheaper hotels around that would've sufficed
The Italian Restaurant was not good
always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful. I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.
The location was excellent, we drove down to a parking spot that only cost us 2.00 a day, where we walked down to the falls and all the activities down there. It would have been nice if breakfast was included.
Swimming pool, restaurant, and good location, not to far from attractions...
Very good, comfortable, spacious room - I was attraced to this hotel because of the outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool, all very clean
We enjoy staying at the hotel. It is quiet and comfortable.
Great hotel for Niagara. You will need a car though if you come here. Very nice rooms.
I like the hotel,2nd time there, this time the matress was outdated and coils were being felt,a bit hard on my back.
I like the surrounding atmosphere, very tranquille and relaxing. The access to the further-away-rooms are not that convenient. The booking system has many defects. It caused great confusion. I booked 2 rooms but there's only 1 confirmation number. There should be 1 confirmation number as well as 1 cancellation number for each single booking room so as not to cause confusion.
At check-in, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The indoor "heated" pool was not heated; the water was a little cold.
The outdoor swimming pool was awesome, very clean and great temperature. The front desk staff was great, they helped in many ways our vacation travels in NIagara Falls.
It was out of date.
Upon arrival we found out that the resturant was shut down therefor we had to drive fto get some breakfast
Room was very clean and had the basics plus a few extras, like an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffee maker. Staff was competent. I didn't realize it was right by a major highway that was fairly noisy, but since it was winter, my windows were closed and it wasn't a problem. Summer would be more of a problem though.
Good service on the desk High speed internet signal was weak.
The stay was ok. There is a lot space needed to be improved.Actually, I think, this is motel standard, not hotel price. The bed is too hard, and too much noise and too high price which doesnt macth the facility and service.
Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was provided at no cost. Attached Griddles Restaurant was not operational at this time. (Posted for sale or lease.)
There was no extra charge for us to have our small dog with us. This means a great deal. We enjoyed the breakfast. It met all our expectations, however, the placement of our room, which was the first one off the lobby, was a little noisy with the door opening and closing often.
My car was parking right beside my door. It's convinent for us.
The front desk staff was very nice and polite I have no complaints
Staff was really nice. Young man (university student) was very attentive, addressed our needs and was very helpful. Bathroom door sticks tight and we had to break down the door to let a 5 year old out of the bathroom. Definitely a safety concern. Guests before us left food in the room and although the room was very, very clean we were put off by the food that was left and not cleaned up by housekeeping. We were also annoyed that the IHOP was closed and Kayak did not mention this on the website when booking.
We did not stay there and had to cancel but you guys will not refund us. Never using Kayak again.
Location and breakfast (continental) cereal, coffee, fruits, bread, bagels. My room was 107, near the lobby and comedor, it can get loud in the mornings because of breakfast. Paying for parking 10 dollars, not good, specially because the property has a lot near the hotel but not at the hotel and not that far there was a parking lot for 5 dollars a day.
walked to the falls
cleanliness,hotel staff,comfort TV in the room-too cheap,no frigde,parking???
free basic breakfast (bagels, apples/bananas, cold cereal, donuts) and coffee all the time. close proximity to some popular streets/attractions. charged for local phone calls and 1-800 numbers. racked up a $17 bill. staff did not clearly communicate the fees. although listed in the "fine print", I was never alerted and I did not think this a was common practice for such a hotel. VERY disappointed.
The location was great.. Bad tv channels, small room...Don't think we will go back
The hotel was clean and well maintained all the way around. It has a good central location. After check in the staff was exceptional. Check in was much more difficult and time consuming than it should have been. Despite having a paid reservation one of the front desk girls wanted to hold my passport.
it was only about a ten minute walk to attractions
nothing to brag about ptice, paying for parking, no fridge, no microwave, pool cold, basic cable- 12 channels,
I liked the close proximity to some popular streets/attractions. I also liked The free basic breakfast (bagels, apples/bananas, cold cereal, donuts) and coffee from 7am to10am. I did like the staff, they did a good job of helping me and answering my questions. The room was nice and clean, and had everything it needed to have. The pool area with hot tub and sauna included was nice to have and was well kept. I also liked that on my check-out day, I could keep my car parked at the hotel till 3pm, just incase I wanted to do a few more things before I left. Which I did and that was a great help to me as a guest. Paying $10 for parking was not good, specially because the property has a lot near the hotel, but not at the hotel and not that far from over parking lots for $5 to $7 a day. Also at breakfast there wasn't much room to set and move around the breakfast area, there was no line, just grabbing and pushing to get what you wanted. But that's also on the other guest too.
great and big breakfast as buffet, elevater, swimmingpool and whirlpool
Closeness to falls and many attractions. For a 4 star rated hotel it lacked in facilities and cleanliness. Also expected a higher quality of beddingA(mattress and linen quality) No food available in hotel except from vending machines. Only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel. pool area not well kept.
Close to the falls The whole hotel smelled like fish and the breakfast was very poor.
It was much nicer than expected for the location and cost.
Loved The Pool & Jacuzzi Area & How The Staff & Housekeeping Were So Helpful When I Asked For Things. The Rooms Were Clean And Comfortable The Only Issue I Had Was Parking, The Parking Lot Was Always Full And I Always Had To Park Far Away From The Actual Hotel. One Night The Front Desk Person Had To Move There Car Out Of A Parking Spot Just So I Can I Have A Spot.
Breakfast was ok The staff was very short and didn't care much. The hotel room wasn't clean at all carpet smelled bad and room was so old and run down
Location, location, location... this hotel has easy access to the Niagara Falls tourist spots. The buildings were run-down, the room was dark.
The only thing that made the stay worth it was the included breakfast, it was actually pretty good! The room was sketchy! There was a dead bug on the bathroom counter and wrappers and dried up food under the beds. The indoor pool had white specks floating around in it, the hot tub was empty, and the doors that said "Keep Doors Shut at All Times" were open with extension cords running from them! The male staff at the front desk were short and to the point. We felt like the hotel staff were doing the bare minimum to get by.
The customer service There was maintenance being done early in the morning. Was never informed of this. Would not stay there again.
location and price breakfast
Fair for the price.
The staff was nice I booked the room 12 days before my arrival. I called hotel a night before my arrival to tell I will come late in the night of my arrival. Then when we arrived at 11:50, July 2nd, they gave us their worst room- as the staff said, it was the last room. I could book such a bad quality room for a much lower price on 6/20/2010! What was the benefit of booking 12 days ahead?
You get what you pay for. It's too far from the falls, holes in the walls, paint peeling from the walls. Bath tubs are old and dirty looking. It needs to be updated. So many other reason why not to stay to list.
Free breakfast was okay. Quick check in and check out. Cheap. Rooms smelt disgusting, holes and cracks in walls, stained towels and sheets, cold shower water, air conditioning unit that did not work, dirty floors and walls, dirty pool area.
Room avoid size hot tub was great AC not working very well no knob to turn on properly Tiles in bathroom ceiling need to be replaced
Easy access to anything and cleanliness
This is a comfortable, clean, centrally located hotel.
Looks great inside and out. Location is perfect. Price is good for the value . Staff is polite and we'll put together. Definitely would recommend it to anyone Pool shouldn't close that early . The hot tub also. They close at 11pm. The elevator a need to be repaired and reprogrammed so they move more efficiently .
Easy access to casino. Good location for sightseeing and activities. No refrigerator in room. $20 a night for a fridge is dumb.
Value Location Comfort Cleanliness Elevators - insufficient number Crowded
We paid the extra money for valet service, but we were surprised to find an additional $35 fee for taxes on our bill (beyond the $25 for the valet) when we checked out.
Room was okay. I couldn't find the value for money here. The overall layout of the rooms was confusing. Several different elevators that were poorly signed to get to a specific area in the hotel. It was very apparent as other guests were just as confused. When I went back to clarify which elevator I needed the front desk person was clearly agitated by my confusion.
Self parking wasn't near and soap wasn't full
The room was awesome and had a great view of the falls Don't have any smoking rooms also didn't have completely bubbles for the juckuzy
Very Very VERY comfy beds and right in the middle of the upper falls activities. If you want to do something away from Clifton Hills it is a great place. Restaurants in the building, arcade in the basement and a walkway to the Casino across the street $18 to $25 for parking was not mentioned in the pricing and of for that additional cost we could have stayed at the Sheraton down the road with a view of the falls. Not a bargain at all.
Beds were very comfortable No fridge in the room
have to pay for parking
no wireless even though the room suggests its complimentry
It's proximity to my work !!! The wireless connection was so poor I could not long on the server.
Attended a conference.
I need working wifi when I stay at a motel, and this hotel didn't have it. Everything else was adequate, but they claim to have Internet/wifi and it was unusable. I'm fairly certain it's a modem issue, but when I called the front desk the reply I got was, "Well, it's working for me". Rather than admitting they have outdated or non-functioning wifi, they tried to imply it was my laptop or user error that was the problem.
We were allowed to check in early for a wedding, guest services even googled directions to the wedding location. Room had fridge, micro, ironing etc and a very good breakfast. A budget hotel located conveniently for biking the Welland Canal and to visit the wine district. Bathroom was tired, could benefit from reno.
A very good experience making the commencement of our visit to Canada memorable. The continental breakfast was an additional bonus. No lift to upper floor.
The room was very clean and the staff was excellant.
We Were sent to another Hotel, Now Wireless, No Breakfast, no clock, no two double beds
There was a diner right on the side of the hotel, it was right next to the mall outlet, and about 3 minutes away from the falls The bricks on the outside of the balcony were looking a little shabby
cheap, more updated rooms non smoking room smelled like smoke alot
I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Rooms were nice and very clean! The pool was cold, and the rooms were different looking then the pictures online- still nice rooms.
Location, within easy access to all major attractions I was on the 5th floor, ice machine was in the lobby. The only downside
Just the affordable pricing and the comfort of staying at your hotel. No comment..
the quality of the overall hotel was excellant as well as the location.
Price was reasonable. WiFi was not free and had terrible connection. There were no curtains in the widows.
Staff was awesome and super helpful!
Best part was probably location because it was just on the outside of the city and Walmart was right there so very convenient. it was quiet so after your long day of walking it was good just to relax. There prices go up way to fast once it gets closer to the date you need the hotel at. I really wanted to get the room with the Jacuzzi but was a little late and got one with two beds instead when i only needed one and it was cheaper then the one with the Jacuzzi.
The room was comfortable, and the staff was nice. The room smelled fresh, even though I had a smoking room. The floor of the room I stayed at was not vacuumed properly. The room actually cost me more than I was quoted. The hotel is few miles from downtown Niagara Falls, and there is nothing really close by.
the location was excellent for what we wanted to do - close to strip and to niagara on the lake. price was excellent and accomodations were decent. the pillows were a little thin.
Very well kept. Nice and Clean. Maid service was probably some of the best I've ever seen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Almost everything was excellent. Hotel is about 10min drive from all the hustle and bustle. For me this was fantastic. I really enjoyed that I didn't need to worry about what was going on out in the street at 3am since it seemed everything on the hill was open nearly 24hrs. I really appreciate that there were tissues in our room. I had a sinus cold the whole time and those tissues were very much needed. Some things could use a little updating. Restaurant was closed entire time I was there. Heard the restaurant was excellent, but never got to try it. Very limited TV channels. I'm not a night sleeper so would have been nice to have more options to watch on TV while kids slept. Was very board at 2am with only 6 channels to watch. Pool does not have lifeguard on duty so why not just have it available for use 24hrs.
It was conveniently located for the purposes pf our visit
everything. and very interested in knowing about having wedding at your resort no
Check in Reception staff very helpful and provided much help - information and directions. , Rooms very minimal ,Furniture and TV old.
Good value for the room only $116
The bed was uncomfortable ,pillows too fluffy. The ceiling had water damage, bathroom fan didn't work with mold around. The room wasn't clean chair had a spill on it not wiped.
It was situated between Hamilton, Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake, which was the three places we needed to go. They kindly booked our reservation for the restaurant in Niagara falls. The host did not know where we could have go for a breakfast with espresso, saying that Canadians do not drink that. We did not find a restaurant to get that, maybe he was right for St-Catharines.
They hosted several High School Crew Teams from out of town, and the Crew teams were VERY WELL behaved & the staff very accomodating to all the athletes! Short on electrical outlets in the room.
Hotel room was bright and clean. I was very concerend before checking in as expereince in prior Days Inn in Port Huron Michigan the day before was quite different. I woudl definitely stay here again.
Might be tricky to find hotel - entrance has changed from highway and construction going on right now on highway.
It is an ideal place for a local vacation if you have younger kids.
The mattress was not comfortable
The kids will love it here. Between the water park, the talking animals in the lobby, easy-for-kids food and the overall experience, the kids become fully absorbed in this little world. Food quality at the restaurants, especially the buffet dinner is fantastic. Limiting coffee and tea in the morning to only one cup is cheap. They should include refills. I was happy to find out that they serve Canadian coffee roasters Kicking Horse Coffee. But only at a coffee shop. This makes it complicated for customers. Just serve the same stuff everywhere, and include refills at breakfast.
We've been twice this summer - It's such a good time for the whole family. Lot's to do for everyone. Would have like to have stayed longer but it is just so expensive.
The water park was great, the room was clean, had a great view of the outdoor pool from the balcony. Staff was super friendly and it was overall awesome. I'd come back again. I just wish they would have more activities for adults. It felt like it was all for kids. I would only recommend it for families with children and not for a young couple
I didn't expect a Waterpark to keep my kids occupied long but there was so much to do. While the resort is expensive, the money we saved by avoiding alternative entertainment more than offset the room cost. The resort is a bit far from the main strip in Niagara Falls. If you do plan on going to the strip, you'll have to drive (and pay for parking)
When the rooms are cleaned, checked and aired ...little details should also be taken into consideration example the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispenser which was totally empty... Perfect place for a family...loved it...a little pricy but we all had a quality with the family ...
Great pool facilities Fantastic staff and atmosphere Perfect for families The only ready I can't give perfect score is because food was not good The pizza is good but all other food isn't With evryone being so nice it's hard to complain Makes no sense why everything is good but the food
They could really use another sit down type restaurant. The buffet is nice however the wait is ridiculous!
The hotel was within easy reach of the town centre, the room was clean and comfortable and the price was good. The complementary breakfast was a little sparse.
they dont give breakfest, just a muffin and coffee
It was quiet. The owners were very pleasant to talk with. We went for breakfast, but there really was no breakfast as advertised, just a snack-in-a-corner.
It is close enough to the city (3 km away), which is nice and quiet. There are eateries within walking distance. There is microwave in the room which is great. The room may not be luxurious, but it is definitely clean and functional and reasonably priced. It would be nice if there was bread, toast, jam and butter, instead of the mini breaded croissants, muffins and donuts that you can get from at the neighbourhood grocery store.
i won't stay over there. there are no towel in the washroom and we ask for the towel, and we found out the towel is so dirty. air-conditioner make big noisy. basketfast is so poor. a lot of cockroaches in the washroom. very dirty.
Great value for the money. No hidden fees The door didn't lock from the inside and in the morning we figured out that it locked automatically.
Comfy and silent Alarm clock did not work, stains on rug
It's good but juste for 1 ou 2 nights you can't seet for taking your breakfast
Free parking We were given a room where the wifi signal did not reach. The breakfast was a joke
only good thing about the hotel its 5mins to the falls. there where no kind of breakfast laundry room was not updated and the rooms where small.
