The employee repeatedly insisted that I take additional insurance, even though I clearly stated several times that I did not need it. In the end, I was charged $92 for insurance I did not want.Reviewed Apr 29 2026

Unfortunately thrifty charged us for the extra insurance even though our booking we did online had already charged us for this. When I discovered this they would not give me any money back so I paid far too much for this car rental.Reviewed Oct 21 2023
