It was a seamless experience! The front desk experience went smoothly and quickly, the staff was attentive and helpful. I didn’t get the Chevy Malibu as I had hoped, but the car I got was even better: the 2026 VW Jetta GLI. It drove like a dream. No issues whatsoever. It was clean and smelled good. I was happy that there was an unlimited mileage option. Bringing it back went smoothly and quickly as well. Only thing was I was told at the front desk to keep my gas receipt to show I filled it up before dropping it off and the attendant in the lot said that wasn’t necessary. Rented a car went to the place to go get it and they said they did not have any vehicle vehicles available yet. I’ve rented it paid the taxi to drive down there. And ended up having to pay for a taxi even more to go from that budget back to my place and was Vehicle list. Very inconvenient. Do not trust if they have something available.Reviewed Mar 28 2026

They need to tell you the damage to the cars before renting them so you can verify that and any damage you found. There was a chip in the glass that couldn't be seen in the underground lot till i went outside luckily i saw it and called it in. All in all was a good experience. Took thier mystery vehicle and ended up with a pickup. The vehicle i have no complaints on, the daily rate was excellent, the insurance for some reason when I booked did not take so I could not take advantage of the kayak rate. When booking make sure that stays clicked or they will kill you at budget with their daily rate. Ended up for 3 days insurance costing more than I pay my Insurance company for a month.Reviewed Dec 3 2025

Whomever is cleaning the windshields of your pick up trucks is doing a dreadful job. Both rentals I had, rented one week apart, different trucks, neither one could you see out of the windshield SAFELY, especially driving into sunlight and also when nighttime driving due to rhe streaks and dirt still on the glassReviewed Nov 24 2025
