Pros:nothing reallyCons:I did not like the fact that I specifically rented a convertible and when I checked in there were not any available and the rep was not able to tell me when one would be available. Unexpectedly I had to return the Jeep 2+full days early and was not offered any type of refund or credit, bad business in my opinion.Reviewed Jan 30 2020

Cons:No fluid came out for the windshield wipers which was frustrating. We bought more but it still didn't work. Told the lady at the counter when we returned the car & she deducted the cost of the fluid from our bill. Much appreciatedReviewed Jan 28 2020

Pros:staff was just fine,Cons:convertible camaro was not a good car.... for such a large sports car it had very little room... at best it is a 2 seat car. only a tiny person can ride in the back for more than a block or two..... with the top down. zero room for luggage other than back seatReviewed May 3 2019

careful making changes with ThriftyPros:we were told we could change the contract and change it back without any problemCons:when we tried to change it back to the original plan it was difficult over the phone, and then the lady at the counter was difficult as well. she then did remove the late fee and change fee and continued to talk about how we were "late" when actually we were early when using the original contract terms. not a great customer service at all and will avoid thrifty again unless they significantly less money.Reviewed Sep 2 2018
