Pros:smoothest car rental experience ever. Best price also. Will definitely rent from again!
Cons:Because of coronavirus outbreak it has to cut off my trip half and go back to NY. Pick was great. Drop off the staff wasn’t nice. They act like they never heard about coronovirus outbreaks it was not nice at all. I think you should train your staff how to talk to costumers in tough times. Overall no one even the customer service didn’t help about refund when I asked because of bad situation we are going through. You are a big company which should help customers and be nect to them. I ll definitely write a review everywhere I can how you handled this worldwide virus situation. :((
Cons:We waited 45 min in line to pick up the car. There was no representative at drop off.
Pros:The clerk was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Cons:The car was supposed to be a Chrysler 200 or similar. The Hyundai I got was not the equivalent of a Chrysler 200.

Cons:Pick up I had to wait over 45 minutes to get the car.
Pros:The staff at pick up was very helpful and even tracked me down to the car to return my D/L.

Cons:Key is out of battery-couldn’t open the door and the trunk with the key. Line was 10 plus people with one person at the desk when picking up.
Pros:Car was clean but rented to me with a tire with low air.
Cons:Went through 1 toll which was expected and a 7.75 bill. What wasn't expected was the $15 administrative fee for each toll from thrifty. Shady. The tire continued to lose air slowly through the course of my rental and was finally noticeable upon return. During return, was treated like I destroyed their car and accused of intentionally driving around on a flat. Never rent from thrifty again.
