They took my reservation but when I got my uber there they didnt have a car for me when I showed up. Why allow me to make a reservation if you dont have a car for me?!

Pick up and drop off was perfect and seamless. Expected a midsize sedan, which are apparently becoming closer to the ground. It was a low rider car. One suggestion: a short bullet list of how to operate of key features in each car. (Lights, wipers, brights.

I was charged $45 to recharge this electric vehicle that I drove only 63 miles. As that is about half what I pay for the electricity for my entire house in a month, it amounts to highway robbery. This charge was not clearly spelled out by the Thrifty employee when I picked up the car. I will therefore not be using Thrifty or Kayak to rent cars in the future, or recommending that anyone else do so.

!!!I WILL NEVER RENT A VEHICLE THROUGH KAYAK OR WITH THRIFTY AGAIN!!! Kayak offers an option to purchase insurance, but it does not apply to Thrifty vehicles. As a result, I had to buy additional insurance directly from Thrifty to ensure our rental was covered for the trip. The total cost ended up being over $600 — and that does not include the 5-day rental itself.
