Cons:The customer service girl at the Memphis Airport was one of the rudest people I've been serviced by.

Pros:Easy to pick up and go. Equally easy to return. Worked well, was clean, no problems, comfortable drive.

Cons:Large SUV at special rate reserved (surprisingly) not available upon arrival for entire family attending our son's college graduation. We were offered a sedan. Oh...and we could rent a second sedan if we wished to do so. Scam.
Cons:Our Memphis flight came in at 2:35 Sunday afternoon and your kiosk closed at 2:00 pm. This was not mentioned at the time the reservations were being made.
Cons:How about been open! They aren’t open past 2 on Saturday. Unacceptable to rent not knowing these hours.
