Pros:The staffs at Memphis Covington Pike location are a bunch of slackers, they don’t take care of customers in a timely manner. They just take their time with one customer, be a slacker and don’t worry about the rest of the customers.
Pros:Friendly staff. Vehicle ready at check in.
Cons:They cheated me and charged me against my will for the insurance and made me sign a contract that they didn't even give me until I signed on the screen. Pathetic bunch of cheaters is what hertz is.
Cons:It took two hours to get the car. First the corporate line sent me to the wrong location, the airport. The airport employees were very rude when I asked about my reservation. Once I figured out corporate had sent me to the wrong branch.. I have much more to say but have run out of room....
Pros:The staff was great and went above and beyond.
Cons:The car smelled very strongly of marijuana and nothing I did could lessen the smell. It should have been fumigated before renting.

Cons:It took going through several cars until I found one that didn’t smell.
Pros:The staff was the worst part. I waited in line for an hour and a half just to pick up a vehicle I already paid for.
Cons:It would be helpful if literally ANYONE would answer your phones. Also, get some more staff to help out.
Pros:The employee gave me the worst time trying to get a car, had to go back home and still didn't get a car.
Cons:Lack of information that is put out and lack of information the employees give you about policy of rental because I had all of my information and credit cards just because the strip didn't work I was not able to get the car, because they can't type it in.
Pros:Staff were very friendly and helpful, the car was good, good price
Cons:Kayak sent me to the wrong pickup address!! Apparently the Hertz office was "supposed to" have moved to that office a month ago, but the move hasn't happened yet. So like maybe don't change the address you're sending customers to untiil you're actually SURE the office really has moved??! As it was I had to take another Uber trip, thus wasting $12 and going even further away from the city center... so it actually would have been cheaper overall to choose a car with a slightly higher base rate but a closer and better-organized pick-up. Was NOT happy about that at all.
Pros:The whole process was pretty quick and easy.
Cons:Not much. It was what you would expect and hope for.
