Pros:Nothing.
Cons:Everything. Used kayak to reserve a Thrifty car and, again, it ended up in the Thrifty system for the wrong day. 4th time that has happened.. That's a kayak.com issue Thrifty wanted 500 more dollars to do a walk up rental. Got on the kayak app, made a reservation with budget (the due was correct thisbtime) while standing outside their door. When I walked up to the desk, they said I would have to wait an hour for the system to update. Really???? Asked if they would match the price on my confirmation email as a walk up. They said no. Walked to the avis counter 4 feet away and asked if they would price match the price on my email and 15 mins later I was driving out of the gate. Thrifty and budget, you have some stupid customer service agents. You let 450 dollars walk right out the front door. Dumb dumb dumb business.

Cons:It was very important for me to get home and renting a car was difficult due to showing a light bill check stub and or bank statement was not up to satisfaction therefore was unable to get home and lost money from missing my flight originally had the car ready to be picked up but was lacking information on details extra paperwork therefore I am very unhappy and I am stuck and not able to start my new job in Texas

Pros:When I arrived to pick up my reserved rental car. There were two employees which was very unprofessional. When arriving I was told bluntly that no cars were available anywhere but worse, I wasn't given any alternative. I had to ask if there was a change a car was available at a different location. The guy ignored me and my request. After standing there in disbelief, The young lady finally offered some type of assistance by searching available rentals at the airport which had one full size available but there was no guarantee it would be available when I arrive.

Despite having a reservation they did not have a car when I arrived. I had to pick up a car the next day from a different location.

Cons:Closed an hour early left me with no vehicle. The following morning stated they have no cars including the one i reserved anywhere in Memphis and that was it. No help to get a different vehicle. I ending up getting the same class vehicle for about the same price on the same day via Alamo. My company will never use Budget again.

Pros:Each budget location is franchised and their computer systems do not connect. Memphis gave me a wrong reservation number on the paperwork and Chicago could not find my reservation so they did not want to let me return the car. They told me it was up to me to get the correct information fromMemphis.
Cons:It has been 3 days since I left the car at budget and they still did not close the reservation because they said Chicago's computer is not able to access information from Memphis.
