Pros:The rental process went very smoothly, and the service was great. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I was definitely impressed.

Pros:That I finally did get a car
Cons:Terrible service. There were no cars available when I arrived, despite having a reservation. The representative had no apology or attempt to help fix the situation. I ended up on the phone for 2 hours trying to find another vehicle, only to finally get through to an Enterprise manager who found me a car from one of their other lots. Why didn't they try to get a car from another lot from the beginning? Then all they did to make up for this was give me a tank of gas. In addition, their phone disconnected me whenever I was put on hold. It took me 5 + times to get through. And when I tried to call a few days later to change my reservation, the same thing happened. I wasn't able to get through because the phone kept disconnecting me.
Cons:Connection to Car's Bluetooth did not work no matter how often I tried.

Cons:Went back and forth with different Enterprise employees about whether my wife would get charged as an additional driver. When it was said and done we weren't!
Pros:We realized we had hardly any gas. We saw an Enterprise in town and pulled in. We told them what had happened and Ray (Memphis) took us down to a gas station and filled up our car. Yeah Ray!!!! Car was good (Chevy). All nice people.
Cons:Had the wrong pickup point (in town instead of airport) so they tried to give us a van instead of small car. Ended up giving us a small car with hardly any gas, which we didn't notice until we were already in town. (see likes) Didn't show us charges until we were picking up the car, and it didn't include AAA discount. Said we'd have to cancel and rebook to get it and we might not get the same price.
Pros:The rental process through Enterprise in Memphis is exceptionally quick and well organized. People are friendly, professional. From the moment you get to the check in through the drop off, everything is completely hassle free.
Pros:Courtesy call before pick up. Great pick up experience. Price was exactly as quoted and no high pressure sales tactics for extras. Staff was very nice. No required down payment for reservation. Almost full tank of gas to start.
Cons:Vehicle was not vacuumed.
