I waited in line for 90 minutes to pick up my vehicle. Two workers were there for the first 10 minutes, but then one left the other alone. Unacceptable - no other company was taking that long.

We upgraded the car to a Land Cruiser with diesel engine. The fuel tank wasn’t full at the time of pickup. The the engine had warning message “add AdBlue, engine will not start after 2500 km” , quickly it came down to 400km after just about 500km driving. We first added 4L of AdBlue, but the message didn’t go away and km kept going down. We added another 4L, and the message finally went away. I emailed to the service center. The representative responded fast and promised the reimbursement of the AdBlue. With the email, I was able to get the reimbursement. Not every gas station had AdBlue. Keeping worrying about the engine not going to start is not a good experience. The rental representative promised we had enough AdBlue for the rental period at pickup.

After a full day of personal situation, i get into the Thrifty to pickup the car and then was not body there, a person that was cleaning the car call someone , that person call me and told me that is impossible to rent me a car if im going to return in a different location, I put all my pick up and drop location in kayak and they just cancel my reservation and i spend hours looking for a car to get to my home 3 hours await. The worst experience in my life with a rental company.
