Pros:Good car, good mileage, easy to drive, excellent price even though I booked it last minute
Cons:The windshield wasn't very clean when I picked it up
Cons:Reservation was not honored. Discount price was also promised and now I have to inconveniently call customer service again*
Cons:The time to wait to pickup our vehicle was way too long. The video kiosks were very cumbersome and hard to operate. Car was great to drive though. The Chrysler 300 was very roomy and nice to drive.

Cons:Trying to extend my booking was a nightmare. Thrifty office number was wrong. Website didn't recognise my booking. Indian call center wait time was 20 minutes. Was bumped off twice, turning it into 40 minutes. Then they wanted to charge me double the rate and couldn't take off the auto bridge toll, which I didn't need. Had no choice but to return the car and change everything that was planned for the day. Absolutely furious! What a joke Thrifty!
Cons:Lines could have been shorter... It seemed like everyone was renting from them. The other rental car kiosks had nobody in line.
