Cons:The line to pick up the car took over one hour. That is unacceptable. I will find another rental car company to do business with in the future.
Pros:Roominess, comfort. Agent at SFO very nice and helpful.
Cons:Transmission seemed to be overworked climbing Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Cons:Service too pushy, wanted me to purchase everything under the sun
Pros:Good cars. Although I would have received an older car. At least your representative told me. And she helped me upgrade to an affordable and more presentable car. Great value for the rental. Nice staff. Easy to pick up car and drop off.
Cons:Hidden fees. Returned car with full tank, yet I have to provide proof that I filled the tank in order to get reimbursed for the "prepay gas tank" I initially paid for during my pick up date. These things make it inconvenient for your customers. Especially at an airport, where your desk is busy. A flyer cannot just go to your counter and spend time getting a refund. This is NOT normally accounted for during trip plans. So please, make the necessary adjustments to accommodate your customers. These small but headache causing issues have skewed my thinking and experience with Budget. I don't think they'll be my first consideration next time I have to rent a car for business or pleasure.
Cons:Without consent or notification, my credit card was charged $200 when I picked up the car, then charged the $54 rental when it was returned the next day, along with another $200 charge. I contacted the number on the Budget receipt, who said those charges were "authorizations" and would come off. It's been 6 days, and still no pending transaction reversing the $400 in additional charges. They're also showing up in my credit card detailed billing as "purchase", not "authorization".
Cons:Both pick up and drop off locations were confusing in terms of where to enter, where to park. Signage and a person directing traffic would improve the experience a lot

Cons:I don't think I'd get a chevy again--in spite of the cheeriness of their commercials, I'm not that impressed with the cars themselves
Pros:I had just had a bad experience with another rental company which wasted a ton of my time and was very aggravating. How nice it was to walk up to the budget counter with no wait and talk to Tara gave me an experience to turn my day around. She was friendly and fast. She gave me a few options in SUVs which I always appreciate. Budget also took my debit card as payment without hassle. I will make Budget my first choice from now on, especially from SFO.
Cons:Car did not have any windshield washer fluid. Car wasn't perfectly clean, but nothing too bad.
Cons:Service and car were great pick up was difficult with the hertz counter being so far and there was a long lineup which made out wait longer
