Cons:The car broke down after one hour of driving, leaving me stuck at the highway. The Lyft ride never arrived and I spent about 7 hours wasted because of a mechanical issue of the car.

Cons:It took 20 minutes before the shuttle arrived to pick me up from the airport. I was the last to be able to get on. We passed at least 20 people who were also waiting for the shuttle. I did not know the location is NOT at the airport.
