Dated rooms Not sound proof - could hear everything in hallways and on road (I.e. Sirens) No fridge in room Bathroom was very old - needs to be updated badly

Why would Hilton not offer free WiFi these days for international travelers?
Nice hotel in a convenient location
Close to everything downtown, one block from subway, clean, modern, friendly helpful staff.
A little expensive but that may just be the prices in Toronto.
Overall pleasant
I enjoyed the friendly and professional staff.
If you drive into town with a larger vehicle, you will not be able to park onsite. Parking in other locations becomes costly.
Nothing, I didnt stay there. They gave my room to someone else.
Hilton booked me in an oversold hotel. After traveling 11 hours I showed up and they said i had no room! I paid for 2 nights in advance and it was PAID for. How could Hilton do this? I am a HiltonHonors member, being a member doesn't mean much to them, where is the loyalty? They gave my paid for room to someone else and told me to go find another hotel. UNBELIEVABLE!!
Unfortunately due to a late flight, I got in at almost 3:00 AM. They put me on the 26th floor. They didn't tell me there would construction starting on the 26th floor at 8:00 AM. It was terrible. The hotel was not sold out either... It was loud and very difficult to try and get that extra 30 minutes of sleep I needed...
