The vehicle was supposed to be a 5 seater and it was very uncomfortable. Kia Sorento sucks I will never rent or buy this vehicle. It was actually a 7 seater but small space once I install a car seat it was hard to seat 2 adults on the second row and the third row was made for a child, not an adult plus I could not fit any luggage if I would use the third row. The overall vehicle was horrible, poor gas per mileage small space for a SUV10.0 Wonderful

Good and friendly people nice car good price discount my first week second week went higher than expected.i had to stay longer where I was at. They were great at time of rental and answered every question.. I never used this company before . I have not turned it back in yet so hopefully everything goes wellCons:

Enterprise called me the day before I was to pick up my car and leave for my trip saying I was waitlisted first my vehicle and they would let me know 2 hours before pick up time if I was still able to rent a vehicle. They should not allow people to reserve a vehicle if it is not in their inventory.6.0 Okay

They didn't let us rent the vehicle we had already reserved online just because we weren't from the city of Manteca. We also payed $27 for insurance and never got our money back. I will never rent or have any family rent from here. Called the enterprise from our city and we weren't able to get a car and we weren't able to attend our New Years party that was 3hrs away. Worst service ever!7.6 Good

I ended up renting from Hertz in Manteca. The man I spoke to on the phone at enterprise was extremly rude and could not give my any info on my rentalCons:
