Love the easy access to the metro. Disliked the room condition. Light switch broken. Lamp wobbly. No usb anywhere.

There was a toilet in our room that was not working & constantly flushing. It was much quieter when the bathroom door was closed. Otherwise was a great stay! Nice arrange of breakfast items, like eggs & cereal. Got to see a bunch of nice places there.

Pros (+) Liked the location and staff was accommodating and especially kind.
Cons (-) The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, the bathrooms in particular. Everything is very outdated to the point that it’s more about the function and safety of some of their interiors. One of the 3 rooms we were in, had a little window shade incident in which it partially fell apart, that could’ve hurt me. I noticed really dark and textured “stuff” in the seams of my towel which was gro...

Cons (-) Got there and they didn’t have a room so they sent me somewhere else (far away, not nice). Then it took 2 hours to deliver breakfast today. Awful

Cons (-) The parking was an issue, nothing was close by as far as restaurants and bars, but overall the hotel was nice.

Pros (+) The staff was great! Super helpful with directions, even gave a couple of Metro cards with $5 on them that they happened to have. They also have a Starbucks in the hotel lobby which was nice.
Cons (-) No free breakfast, parking was valet only & $34 dollars a night, the pillows in the room were incredibly soft, which some may like but they fell flat so quickly. Also we had a hole in our sheet & one in the comforter. To be honest, I think we were given an outdated room because we paid such a low price. We got the room for $117 a night.

Cons (-) Rude staff at the check in desk. We had booked a king & were given a double right next to the elevators despite having a 1 year old that was a light sleeper. We weren't offered a child crib. They also kept giving us key cards that wouldn't work. Very tiny bathrooms so you can't fit 2 people near the sink.

Pros (+) Location was great for a commute to my job in DC. Weekend and holiday schedule for Metro is horrible. Don’t plan on getting to work in the morning. I had to Uber twice due to closed Metro.
Cons (-) Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbor coughing and speaking. No free WiFi, they do give you a free bottle of water, mine was only replaced twice in 6 days. If you go for the second bottle is $5. Over all, basic lodging with nothing extra.

Pros (+) I stayed at the hotel for a marathon race! Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel. Several excellent restaurants within a two block radius. And two blocks from the metro rail.
