I love staying at this residence Inn. The breakfast is handy with a lot of choices. The free and convenient breakfast gets me out and about faster. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, the metro is close by, and there are lots of places to walk. I really enjoy staying here.

Pros (+) There was a full kitchen and bath tub and it's right next to Reagan international airport.
Cons (-) It's a walk or a short bus trip to the nearest metro but if you go to the airport and take the metro it's probably closer.

Pros (+) The Tuesday night dinner which consisted of burgers and salads was amazing. The breakfast options looked appealing but i didn’t have enough time to fully eat breakfast so I just grabbed a couple of items.
Cons (-) Overall, my stay was great. However, the walls in this hotel are very thin. I could hear the guest either above or below me couch and clear his throat for a couple of hours in the middle of the night thus disrupting my sleep. It sounded like he was in my hotel room. If y’all can find some money in your budget to sound proof the rooms, I think would great.

Pros (+) Terrific staff. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Easy to downtown but away from the crowds. Reagan National is a 3-minute shuttle ride away.

Pros (+) Location was great, and it's hard to beat included breakfast and reasonable parking.
Cons (-) Breakfast was a bit crowded and I had to wait for plates, silverware and food on a few occasions -- though it always came out.
