It was really bad experience. The office was closed after waiting for the shuttle forever then I get ride there found out they are closed, even I checked with them earlier and they said they will wait for me because they have my flight number and they know what time it land.

The car overheated because there was not enough cooling liquid in the car so we had to pull over on the side of the highway. Budget road sided asssistance was not helpful because they wanted us to wait several hours in 90 degree heat for a tow truck to come. Customer service was also rude and not helpful when we asked for a refund for the vehicle that did not work properly.

The first truck stank of cigarette smoke. The agent tried to get us a different truck, but it was parked in. Then he left, and we were given the same smoky truck. Finally, an hour and fifteen minutes after arriving, we had our vehicle. The truck had many broken glass bits all over the bed and back seat. We did not get cut, but we did get to put a knee and hand on the glass a few times. Overall, it was ok. The truck did its job. Drop-off was super easy.

We had to wait 45 minutes under the sun with no explanations
Reserved a mini-van online and called Enterprise support to confirm that mini-van will be available that weekend. They assured that either mini-van or something similar will be available that weekend. Then got a call a day before that they couldn't guarantee the vehicle that I wanted. I ended up getting a small SUV. Very disappointing!

This car company doesn't seemed to guarantee a vehicle you reserve online. I went through couple Enterprise rental location and both couldn't provide mini-van or large SUV.
Quick pickup and drop off, convenient to the airport. Car in good condition and running well.

I rented a midsize suv such as the RAV 4. Alamo initially offered a small mitsubishi "suv" at the garage. I declined and they provided an "upgrade" to a chevy equinox...another compact suv nice car but one class lower than the midsize billed. Very nice staff, but that was wrong.
First time renting with Sixt and I loved the experience. No complaints. Would absolutely use them again. Great car. Streamlined check out / in. Friendly customer service.

My total price of booking including taxes was supposed to be $265 . I paid for tolls and gas from sixt . But they charged an additional A1 , $36 car rental tax 2% plus 8% sales tax and A2 tax was charged . Car was good but they gave me a car that needed coolant after I drive for 2 days so I had to exchange the car at a different airport . I hope you guys can contact me back .

I loved the vehicle, but the agent upsold me on everything even though my kayak contract was one amount, they didn’t have that class of vehicle upon arrival and instead of upgrading me at no cost, they upcharged me. Then in addition to that, in order for my husband to drive the vehicle, that would’ve been an additional charge and I am never charged like this at other rental agencies.

The lady at the counter when I went to pick up the car was super nice. What I didn’t like: my flight got in after 11pm when Avis closed, but I knew that would be a problem ahead of time so I had called and spoken with someone and they assured me that they would wait for me. However I got off my plane and no shuttles were running for Avis and I wasn’t able to get my car that night. I had to wait till almost 7am before one of the shuttles would allow me to get in and for then to take me to Avis.
