Received service immediately upon arrival. Checking in was ok; agent seemed distracted. We waited a while for the vehicle to be brought to us. Overall, ok.

The car ran poorly. It had over 53K miles and accelerated poorly and was sluggish. We were unable to swap it out because we were under tight time constraints and in different cities. The fuel economy was decent, but the car struggled to go over 60mph as needed on I-94.
