It takes very little to be nice, and it goes a long way in building customer satisfaction. Crew members should be professional and resolve their personal issues elsewhere, not take them out on passengers!"

Cons: "Crowded seats. Too many people bringing huge bags on board even when crew kept asking them to check them. Customs was very long in DC. It would have been nice to been made aware of dowloading customs app before deplaning. It would have saved a huge amount of time."

When I asked if they could do something (hold the plane etc) since I had a connection they said, “Sir everyone has a connecting flight!” Like I was asking them to move mountains. Point is, United doesn’t care about their costumers. I see them going out of business soon. They have terrible costumer service. I missed the holidays with my family and had to buy a new plane ticket on a different airline because they could not reschedule me on time!"

The flight left on time and the flight attendant was not only kind and professional she went out of her way to make sure each passenger got personal attention. I fly very regularly and this was one of the top 3 experiences I have ever had. I will definitely fly United again and hope to be lucky enough to have Linda as my flight attendant."
Pros: "Delays because of fires , had to wait in line close to 90 minutes but when we finally reached the ticket counter the agent moved took great care of us and we made to Boise only an hour late even with all the delays and confusion . Excellent job , one of the better customer experiences I’ve had flying !"

Pros: "The bar is pretty low with United. Even being a 1K member, I am usually just hoping the flight arrives on time. This time it didn't. The crew was polite, which isn't always the case."

Then we were told it will be 15 minutes and we returned to a terminal. Zero additional updates for about 50 minutes later. Crew or captain could at least kept us updated so we knew. Very poor service. Crew was friendly and good during the flight"
