Pros: nothing Frontier is the absolute worst !!!

Cons: Everything. Poor service, bad bagage handling. long wait lines. did not open baggage counter until very late. very poor attitude from employees.

Cons: Stuck on tarmac for 40 min after landing Then waited another hour for luggage to be delivered. If you’re going to force us to check bags the. Please ensure the system is working at the airport!!

Pros: Crew and boarding were stellar.

Cons: Seat comfort and extra charges were excessive.

Pros: The crew was very nice and the in flight entertainment was solid.

Cons: The direct tv didn’t work ( I wanted to watch the NBA finals) and they had to restart the tv screens at least 2-3 times; which wasn’t end of the world stuff but it was slightly annoying because I was in the middle of watching a movie.

Cons: I arrived to JFK 4 hours late.

Cons: Fuel and Gas Smell in the airplane, not sure is it leaking somewhere when it departs.

Cons: Trip good, but resented extra fees for seat. Put fees up front. Not at ck in. Deceitful.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for my seat. Then I was suppose to leave at 5:55 PM. Then it was changed to 6:45 departure time. I get to the airport my boarding pass said boarding 7:15. I looked online to see if there were any delays come to find out there was I asked the lady at tge counter she stated that there was bad weather coming this way. Then she made an announcement saying there was a delay due to an international flight that landed in Dallas. They needed to change the crew, clean up and do security check. This was an experience that I have never had to go through. This was inconvenient for not only myself but the people who were picking me up from the airport in Dallas. The seats are way too tight. No leg room nor room between the person next to you.

Cons: We were unable to check in with SunCountry .. very frustrating!

Cons: Didn’t enjoy the flight at all. Seats were uncomfortable, staff looked somewhat unkept and were gossiping loudly in the back during the flight. Snacks were not provided, only one drink for the entire flight. I will not be using Sun Country again.

Pros: The crew was good, the landing was fantastic, enjoyed the entertainment options.

Cons: The space of the seats are tough, we were cramped and in tight quarters.

Pros: Crew was amazing. I was traveling with my 11 month old and they were super helpful and very friendly.

Cons: I was bummed that this plane didn’t have TVs at each seat. You were able to stream all kinds of free movies and shows on the United app but I was holding a baby on my lap and couldn’t use my phone as well.

Cons: Commuter jet—no comfort. No jetway, we were on airplane stairs.

Pros: Plane was full. Finding overhead storage was tough. And, we checked luggage. The seat was small, but I had leg room and no one reclined their seat. There are a lot of extras one must pay for. But, the plane was on time and the crew was pleasant..People are accustomed to this treatment. There is no joy left in the flying experience.

Cons: Check carefully! Our flights were changed and the first was only ten min difference so didn’t think anything of it but when we went to check in they said we would probably miss our connection. The problem was not the time but they changed GATES were really far apart. Was resolved but kind of a hassl

Pros: I was surprised that we received two meals and constant drinks in economy. Delta definitely has better hospitality than American.

Cons: The seats were really tight between the rows. The space between the seats on the same row were typical.

Cons: By the time you pay for your luggage it’s the same price as another airline with comfortable seats more amenities, an actual gate to board the plane vs stairs on the runway,it wasn’t in the main terminal and there weren’t many options for food, the terminal was to small for the amount of people and the plane was delayed coming and going in both directions 6 days apart.

Cons: Honestly, this was the cheapest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Charges for everything, evev carry on bags; no inflight service, not even a glass of water or peanuts offered, no inflight TV, movie, etc. Bathroom filthy, NO padding to the seats at all. Horrible!

Cons: The flight was delayed somewhat significantly which was very frustrating. Two of the four flights this trip were delayed.

Cons: A mechanic issue with a fan in the cargo hold kept us from boarding for 40 minutes. Once we boarded and got out onto the tarmack they discovered an issue with the GPS. We sat for 2 hours before going back to the gate. Maintenance came on and fixed it. Then we took off.. 3 hours late

Pros: Once finally on board and leaving the terminal, it was a smooth flight with a friendly crew.

Cons: We got on and off the plane 3 times. Did not have a clear picture of what was going on. Started to board a second time and got told to get off as that flight was going to Phoenix. We're rushed to stay by the new gate, only to he told it would he another 50 minutes until he crew arrived.

Cons: AA1792 from Dallas to Cincinnati on 6/8/19 had no air conditioning. It was miserable. The brakes needed repair, too. No passengers seated in the premium exit aisle seats.

Cons: I came from a long trip from France, the seat I was assigned was not reclinable, close to the restroom. I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out

Cons: The entertainment system was out the entire flight. The flight attendants were just talking to each other as we left, even when I tried to say thank you.
