Boarding was delayed by an hour and then we proceeded to sit on the tarmac for another 30-40 minutes. No clear explanation was ever given and the delay caused me to miss my connecting flight home. Was forced to stay the night in the connecting city which impacted my following workday and cause personal issues at home as well.

delayed take-off, then had to circle in air for awhile, wi-fi did not work, then the cabin got extremely hot multiple times and the luggage was at wrong carousel at LGA. In addition, plenty of overhead space so they checked bags too early. Horrible flight.
All flight attendants and pilots kept us informed regarding the mechanical delay , provided snacks and water when requested . Everyone worked hard and were very friendly.We had a great experience.
Another pleasant experience flying Delta! Boarding was easy and efficient. The gate area was clean and uncrowded, and the gate agent was friendly, courteous, and professional. The flight itself went like clockwork. We experienced a slight delay, but that appeared to be related to operations at LaGuardia rather than Delta. Once underway, the flight was smooth, and the landing was gentle and uneventful. The flight attendants were equally courteous, attentive, and professional throughout the journey. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Delta, and well done to the entire crew! 🙏🏽💗
No beverage/snack service without any explanation or reason. Late boarding and delayed flight.

Leslie the gate agent was incredibly helpful with helping me get on an earlier flight! I saved several hours of airport time thanks to her, and she made the process easy and quick.
The flight was delayed to board, then delay in landing and extremely bumpy landing.
The pilot came out before we left Aruba and told us about the length of the flight, the possible couple of minutes of turbulence in the Bahamas and NY and was so nice! Flight was excellent and we landed 45 min earlier than scheduled time. Had to wait for gate but not a big deal!
The final two flights were delayed therefore I had no time between flights and had to light job with the final leg to make it. In one instance the boarding was a disaster due to agent giving me a hard time upon entry to the plane. He advised I needed to combine my items (as I stopped to get food - no time for the business lounge the entire time) and the sandwich dropped in the floor through the paper bag. On the final flight the flight attendants were inexperienced and did not cater to my row (at all)
The bathroom was nasty. It has been so long since it had been cleaned that there was a urine cheese inside the toilet. The crew seemed miserable. The one black girl took no pride in her appearance. The experience felt trashy

Flight was late to take off Plane broke down Had to move everyone to another plane Told we weren’t going to LGA but Newark Also told we would be taken to NY But United lied and we ended up at Newark at 2 in the morning Horrible experience. And the experience of trying to get compensation from United is just as bad. They could not care less about their passengers Never again!
For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
There was no screens on board AND the WiFi didn’t work. My seat was broken and couldn’t recline so I couldn’t even sleep. The flight attendants didn’t offer anything to make it more comfortable. It was such an old cramped plane, when the person in front of me reclined I couldn’t even open my tray table. All the United ads talk about guaranteeing everyone gets a screen!
It was okay, no wifi or entertainment real disappointment. Staff onboard not very friendly.
Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!
Very bumpy flight & the crew was not happy to be there
Our seats were moved for no reason. The plane was old and wifi and tv were slow. The flight was delayed over an hour for a paperwork issue. Only bright spot was the flight attendants good service.
The crew did not ensure the Evermore seats had their carry on space available. When my family and I boarded, we saw people putting their carry on suitcases in the overhead spaces above our seats and then proceed to the rear part of the plane. This resulted in us having to check our bags and being late to our meetings/events.
The crew was friendly and helpful. The entertainment system in my row did not work for movies and TV shows and the Direct TV cut off in parts and stopped showing the baseball playoff game.
Non-stop commercials were frustrating when trying to view direct TV
Great. I was in mint class. Security was spectacular. A lot of room on the flight! And the WiFi worked this time- it didn’t work the last time and I am on a business trip so that was a problem.
Paid relatively a lot of money for a not comfortable seat. I would not take this service again until seating is improved. Food also not up to standard for price paid.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
