The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.

Good but I prefer choose your own seat. With the new assigned seats they should board from the back I see no advantage to this new boarding. Just like every other airline

Plane late from DC to Austin 30 minutes. Crew made up much of the time enroute to San Diego.

Fine, but how to board on SW versus othrr airlines, is just lame. Goood staff though and all was solid otherwise.

Forget beverage, they didn't even have water for half the passangers?

Nice and easy. You can't go wrong with the value and quality or Southwest.

Baggage check in would have been better if the service clerk told the other clerk that she was merging her two long lines of customers with her line so she could move luggage. Instead she only told the customers. When I told the agent and ask if she could direct who is next in line so we weren’t trying to cut in front of each other she said it’s not her problem and she can’t work three lines. I was shocked. Understood that they were working more than their share but some organization so the customers aren’t getting upset at each other would have gone a long way

I loved that the flight was not as full, so we were able to have seats available between us. I just wish wipes are available as we board so that we can clean our areas, as the window area was quite dirty in my case, on both legs of this trip, and it was hard getting the flight attendant's attention for this. She also seemed a bit stingy with the free drinks. I asked for two cups of drinks; she brought one and then waited until I fell asleep and brought the other. Not sure why...
