Most aspects were good however if they assign boarding zones they ought to enforce them or why bother? My luggage from SAN-JFK-MAD was lost in NY so I without my main bag for two days upon arrival in Spain. They were helpful in tracking it and eventually delivered it to my hotel. The flub was because of a delay upon arrival in NYC. I had booked 2 1/2 hours between flights but we had to hold on the taxiway for an hour after landing while waiting for a clear gate which likely caused the baggage error.

The check in and bag drop off for Sky Priority members is slow. The Clear security was also slow - a TSA issue.

Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.

Simply outstanding. Their new lounge for Delta One customers is a cut above the rest.

The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.

Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(

Flight heavily delayed. No food available despite purchasing an upgrade. No in cabin service.

Very comfortable (upgraded to business class). The audio on my screen didn’t work, but I managed to play the audio through my phone while watching the screen.

get E+, a must for 5 hours flight if you are tall

Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team

I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes

Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)

Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.

Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.

Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.

Loved the staff, boarding and drink options! Wish the comfort of the seat could have been better nevertheless

So awful Unreliable Unfriendly Bad Mad Mean Smelly Hot Late Overbooked Understaffed Expensive Cramped Narcs If they were a fruit they’d be rotten durian

Whenever a passenger purchase a ticket his advantage number should automatically to his information. It's not everyone remember the number. You request for your number and American airline agent say they will email it....and they never email anything and you loose your mileage just because you don't remember your number. It should automatically go your information and associate with your email account at all times

Newark airport grounded inbound flight and only announced when the flight was about to start taxing.

Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Cabin felt crammed Snacks are lame But crew was super efficient getting us out on time despite delay

Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.

Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.

Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

Ok. Got us there safely and a bit early. Need food available on this long flight. Almost 3 hours.

The flight was canceled and was bounced around time wise with my elderly parents. That being said the gentleman in custody service was amazingly helpful

It amaze me how other airlines leave on time and Spirit always have some type of delay. I’ve flown with Spirit many times, but it reached a point I’d rather pay twice the amount and not deal with this corporation they never do nothing to reimburse people for their time or headaches.

Too many time late and postponed No electrical power for my electric devices

Flight and crew were good, no complaints at all. Easy, uneventful, quick flight. The delays, cancelled flight, hold time to wait for customer service on the phone were not good. One person that answered told me the delays, first on the way to Newark, and again on way from Newark were due to weather (there was no weather on flight coming in); turns out that was not true. Multiple flights were delayed and cancelled that weekend- 6 for the trip leaving on Sunday from what customer service at the desk told me. Newark was having issues with air traffic controller I believe. So, getting false information and only options of rebook (for another day, or one with stops to get in the next day), refund or a credit valid for 5 years, did nothing to help me get to work the next day or get my son home for school that next day. There was no sort of compensation for the wait or cancellation from airline or from airport. Just out of pocket for the uber ride and the missed hours at work.

The seats! Do not nickel and dime! Be transparent about all your fees!

It was fine, Can’t blame you about airport issues.

All was good expecting the seats need a bit of cushion. Besides that I can’t complain.

You get what you pay for, and the flights went smoothly. There’s no reclining chairs, no screens, And there isn’t always wifi, but the plane was clean and staff was friendly and the takeoff/landing were smooth.

We had an 8 hr delay so it was not good

Seats are poor. They do not lean back. They do not even have pockets on the back, making it impossible to store a phone or a coke bottle. If you opt for basic economy cheap seats, they stick you always in the middle or window seat, even though there are unoccupied seats on the aisle. And then there is the nickel and diming. No carry-ons. And checking your carry-on is $70. At the end there is no price advantage but there is plenty of aggravation.
