Pros: "The first thing Jet Blue needs to do is to promptly update the monitors to reflect the status when the flight is delayed. The scheduled departure for the flight from JFK to Austin was 9:06 pm. It was past 8:45 pm and there was no airplane at the gate - At this point it was clear to me that we were definitely going to be delayed. Finally there was an announcement about the incoming flight from Syracuse being delayed causing the austin flight to be delayed. As far as I can remember, the monitors never reflected the delayed status. My assessment is this flight was delayed by 30 mins or so which may not be much if this is the only trip you are taking but definitely matters to someone who has been on a flight for 17 hrs and is just desperate to get home for some well needed rest. I give good rating for boarding and comfort as boarding was quick and suprisingly comfortable for economy seat. I give NA for crew, food and entertainment primarily because I was asleep the entire flight and did not interact with any of the flight crew."

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Boarding pass didn't have my TSA FTN so had to go back. Could not check luggage curbside. Got seat in last row when I noticed boarding pass had no seat assignment. They lost my luggage at SFO. There's more, but..."

I ended up in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, another time in Columbia South Carolina and the last time in Charlotte North Carolina. Cons: "I couldn't check in online. The numbers I was given did not work. My seat was given up. So either the flight was overbooked or when I checked in the woman was wrong. When I had to be put on the next flight I had to ask numerous times the reason my seat was given away and given 4 different answers and asked the woman nicely to not roll her eyes at me. So kayak and American Airlines are never going to get my money again. I'll stay with delta. Explaining what happened to your costumer service was a nightmare. When all I wanted was a straight answer."

The absolute worst was my tray was broken on the right side so it couldnt hold the weight of my drink or anything so i was forced to hold my drink food etc. I had to prop my leg under the tray so it could hold my laptop so i can finish my work which i didnt get to finish because it was to uncomfortable for my leg. Needless to say ive never had a bad experience flying and i used to say that all the time but i guess i just jinxed myself because that was bad. All it was missing was a crying baby."

The tvs in the back of the headrest definitely kept me occupied watching New Girl. Overall, I was very comfortable and got to my destination without getting upset or angry once...which can't be said for all airlines."

It was clear that there was no room for three people and no one checked in or tried to accommodate. Trying to go to the bathroom was a huge ordeal bc the person next to me was barely mobile. If there was an emergency , it would have been a hazard. When I was able to go to the bathroom (after ten minutes of maneuvering ) flight attendants seemed annoyed when people were in the lane. While this is understandable, it was not possible for me to quickly scoot back into my seat. Overall , this was a terrible experience. Entertainment was lacking. It took about 30 minutes to get any beverages after being requested."

I was the last person to board. This was my 1st time traveling to that airport. No way to know that the Tran would require me to pass through security checkpoint again. Get better communication with people. The lady at the desk was just saying go to terminal A! They should have had a person directing all of us to go to the shuttle and bussed us to the terminal."

I was supposed to have a quick direct flight to Austin from Newark I the morning, and it was cancelled because the pilot didn't show up. There was no rescheduled flight, and suddenly 60+ people were trying to find extra seats on the next Austin flights which were of course also booked. Many people were put on standby, but the next flight was overbooked so not even everyone with tickets made it on the plane. I ended up having a 2 leg, 6 hour journey that left 5 hours after my planned departure (which was a direct 3 hour flight)."

I had to rent a car, drive to Phoenix and book 4 tickets on UNITED in order to get my team and myself back home to see patients Monday morning. We finally made it home at 5:45 pm yesterday after 36 hours of being awake trying to get home without any help from FRONTIER. I will NEVER fly Frontier again and I will never recommend that airline to anyone I know. It was an awful experience and am extremely upset about the additional money to purchase 4 extra airline tickets."

Cons: "Gate agent boarded 5 more passengers than aircraft would hold and then handled the situation VERY BADLY. After push back F/As finally noticed children in exit row."

Cons: "We had a 3 hour delay and although I understand that was not Spirit's fault they provided little information and updates about what was happening and why. The seats on the plane were uncomfortable."

Cons: "seating crammed, seat didn't recline, no water in lavatory, annoying child behind me kept making noises the entire flight..crew did nothing to help........I will never fly Spirit, again, even for free!!!!!"

Cons: "Boarding was unorganized. Seat trays were very small and whenever the passenger behind me would move theirs it would excessively jar mine. Prices on food/drinks ($7 beer, $12 mixed drink) were even more than what I've paid on international flights"

Pros: "The crew was nice. No line at check in but a long line at security at Newark. We waited for all passengers and despite taking off 1/2 an hour late, we landed on time."

Cons: "The carrier charges for CARRY-ON's (55 DOLLARS). Sodas and peanuts are NOT free. Aircrafts are outdated and EXTREMELY uncomfortable to ALL passengers."

Cons: "Paying for drinks and snacks. Being charged for luggage check in when we could have taken two smaller luggage on an airline that gives snacks. Being charged to sit next to my husband. Less room than Jet Blue. Size of food trays."
