Overall good quality service as usual.
The flight was 1 1/2 hours delayed, but that was due to weather in Europe...
Food was good. We were served well and often
Bumpy ride. Design of aircraft had all the restrooms clustered in the same spot leading to long queues forming. Headsets were of poor quality, couldn't hear the movie dialogue well at all.
Our flight from BLR to FRA got cancelled because of bad weather. The agent at the check in desk immediately put us on an alternate AIr France flight via CDG to LAX, which left an hour before our FRA flight. The service on the flight was excellent. But we are most thankful for the quick re-booking on a different alternative, ensuring no hiccup. We will only be flying Lufthansa from now on, and recommending Lufthansa to all friends and colleagues.

Oh my god, I felt like a sardine. They developed their passenger seating scheme by carefully studying Iraqi prison torture manuals, I think. I didn't die but that outcome was surprising to me.

The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer.

Walking out to the plane the markings weren’t great.
This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Really appreciated how helpful everyone was, from check-in at Newark to arrival. The entertainment system worked well, too. Aside from the two issues I describe below, SAS seems to be extremely efficient and well-run.
There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier.
