I don't think it's fair that I paid for a full seat and only was able to use half of my seat. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire flight. I was pressed up against the window and against the stranger passenger that I did not know. By the end of the flight, my shirt and my pants are soaked with sweat, it was not my sweat."
Cons: "The flight was delayed just as we were about to board at 5:30. There was a mechanical problem and we were changed to another plane and another gate, which was supposed to take off at 6:30. It was boarded and ready to go around 7:00. Then....we taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. 2017 and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about 9:30...I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. Sigh....Delta used to be my favorite airline."

Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."

NO BACKUP CAPTAINS or 1st OFFICERS AT LAX? Then miraculously during our 3rd hour waiting for a Captain they discovered the 1st Officer was going to time out. So, rather than KNOW this while searching for a Captain, they waited for 3 hours and then had to find a 1st Officer to fill in. Result 2.5 more hours of delay. Even the Flight crew was in disbelief on this one. I think we should all get reimbursed and triple miles for this snafu. Not weather or mechanical - just poorly managed time -- BY A MAJOR AIRLINE - INEXCUSABLE!"

This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

Pros: "I was impressed with the fact that our crew initiated an alternate route so we could actually get to RDU when things had been pretty dicey. Excellent flying and landing under difficult circumstances."
Cons: "The crew was rude especially the male attendant in the business class , the seats looked as if they will break anytime and entertainment doesn't really work"

Cons: "The gentleman beside me had 2 children with him but only purchased 2 seats. He and his children were in my lap and kicking me the entire time. It was a full flight so I couldn't change seats. I paid $330 for a FULL seat to myself, not so I could share the space with the people beside me because United allowed them to purchase 2 seats for 3 people. As a full-paying customer I shouldn't be the one to suffer because of it."

Cons: "The 2 people in front of me were told they'd have to check their bags, as was I. They boarded with the bags and I saw that there was plenty of room in the overhead bins for mine too. I could have avoided the baggage claim wait. If you make this determination then it should be enforced. Next time I too will carry on my tagged bag"

Cons: "We were boarded on the aircraft. A 737 800 that was booked full. No ac, no pilots, and the weather was fine. It was the worst flight I've ever been on. If you don't know when the pilots are going to arrive, don't board the flight and make everyone sit in a hot plane without even updating the passengers on the eta or departure."

Cons: "The layover/ delay was bad and inconvenient."
Pros: "my flight was on time, and quick which is always helpful. I was able to sit at the seat I picked as well."
Cons: "Boarding took so long between all the kids which i think could have moved faster. The seats are always tight without much room. I'm pretty small so it doesn't affect me as much but I could tell some of the other travelers were uncomfortable. United has got to step up their snack game too. I got like a zesty ranch snack and I was happy I brought my own snacks."
Cons: "Once again just like the first United flight the AC was so cold. They did not offer blankets and my son was so cold I had to unpack tshirts to wrap him. Will not fly this airline again. This has happened twice now."
Pros: "The flight overall went fast - boarded, took off, landed within an hour."
Cons: "There was only one snack - a zesty ranch snack mix. I couldn't eat it because it was a little spicy. I was not offered an alternative, I don't know if there was one."
