Cons: "I don't like my flights to be delayed by 2 hours. My whole evening got messed up."
Cons: "It was also cancelled on my return flight with no prior notice ! Never again"
Cons: "We we're delayed at customs and missed our flight. We were told we were re-booked on a flight, so we ran across the airport, with two small children, to make that flight only to be told that weren't actually re-booked and needed to go standby. We then waited in line at customer service for two hours to be informed that United won't pay for a hotel. The customer service rep. did offer that if we wanted to take our kids across the airport, now at 11:30 at night, we could look for a United Supervisor in Terminal E, and if we were lucky enough to find one, they might override the policy and cover the hotel. Really! I understand that United doesn't have control over customs, but United did book an international flight with just over an hour layover, knowing that any slowdown in customs means missed flights. That's fine. The problem I have is when it happened, United's Customer Service model was to provide misinformation, incredible slow service, and what seemed like a complete lack of interest by United employees to do anything to make the situation better. There were no supervisors at the service counter, only 1 representative for an hour or so, and when the other representatives showed up, they were discussing going on break and going home. All with a very long line of people stuck in the airport waiting to get some help. I could accept this as an isolated instance, but since booking this trip, I have been getting the same level of service over the phone while trying to submit a refund request for my son who did not join us on the trip. United's 24 hour refund policy has taken 6 weeks and many hours online and on the phone and I still have no idea what the status of that request is, and apparently neither does anybody at United. The interaction I have had with your employees have been friendly and courteous, but extremely time consuming, with a lot of incorrect information and no resolution. Very mediocre at best."
Pros: "The crew - very friendly."
Cons: "Contestant delayed flights. Cancelled flights. Overbooked flights. Threats to cancel flights if people didn't board quickly. And on top of that 60+ people without baggage that was lost.."
Pros: "Quick and easy fight. Crew very nice"
Cons: "They took so long to open the doors almost mis my connecting flight"
Cons: "Delays, delays, delays. Total of 4 hours delayed."
Cons: "Again all of it was poor"
Cons: "Explained above"
Pros: "That small propeller plane was an exciting experience!"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "The flight attendant appeared rude and obtuse. acted like she was doing the customers a favor, not good at all"
Pros: "Customer service was awesome, flight attendants was very friendly and helpful."
Pros: "The crew were helpful and did their best to manage delays."
Cons: "United is has delayed my flight on 3 out of the last four trips. 40 minutes, 1 hour, and 2.5 hours."
Pros: "Belize City airport is tiny and easy to get through. They also board passengers through the front and back of the plane to speed things up."
Cons: "Waited 40 minutes to pull into our gate in Houston, which put us in a bit of a bind to get through security and onto our connecting flight. The next flight was overbooked and crowded."
Cons: "This experience felt very "cheap". I have flown united many times and never thought this before. Not including a checked bag for an international flight seems ridiculous. I understand for domestic travel, but international is different. Same with not having an in-flight movie. Even one or two free options, or free tv or something. The only "free" included bringing your own device and paying for the wi-fi."
Pros: "My flight got cancelled. I went to SanDiego inste6"
Pros: "I liked that the flight was on time and there was absolutely no delay. As soon as we boarded we were on our way..I was such a pleasant flight with very little turbulence."
Pros: "Crew was great as well as the boarding process."
Pros: "Crew was lovely."
Cons: "Seats BARELY reclined, and leg room was minimal. The whole flight was very uncomfortable even for someone who's only 5'3" who flys regularly. Also, no in flight entertainment for a long flight. Total fail."
Pros: "Took 30 hrs to get home"
Pros: "The crew was very professional and promptly getting people into their seats."
Cons: "Boarding the plane was slightly hectic, but due to lack of attention on the passengers part. A seat was double booked and the crew handled it quite well in addition to a woman who insisted on sitting next to her older child but hadn't planned for it."
Pros: "It was very quick boarding, it may have been a bit confusing though."
Cons: "The crew was unprofessional and Unprepared"
Cons: "Everything! Fabulous flight"
Pros: "Went as expected"
Pros: "Friendly staff and working equipment wins!!"
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "How small the plane was. No room for legs or overhead luggage. Turbulent....not a smooth ride at takeoff or landing probably due to the size of the plane"
Pros: "Seat to myself"
Cons: "Lil bumpy but there were a lot of clouds"
Pros: "For economy, I thought the seats were pretty comfortable. I also liked how they quickly boarded through the front and back doors at the same time. We got off the ground quickly."

Pros: "Easy boarding. Pleasant crew"
Cons: "Food selection poor. I dozed off and was not asked if I wanted a drink. Flight delayed over an hour."
Pros: "Courteous perdonality"
Cons: "delayed for typhoon then delayed another day because air traffic control delayed my connector"
Pros: "They gave us free direct tv"
Cons: "There was no notification or update that the electronic systems aren't working it took over 3 hrs to get checked in then another 2hours to get an electronic boarding pass. Then when we got to Houston we have to wait for the gate to open because the gate shorted out. The worse experience ever"
Cons: "My flight to Houston was delayed so I missed my other flight to Calgary. I had the most imported meeting at work that I will miss because I am stuck here until 8 o clock in the morning! I've been in the airport and they did not give me a hotel or vouchers for food or ANYTHING! Most horrible experience with United airline! NEVER fly with them!!!"
