I fell asleep and missed my flight and they rescheduled me no problem. Staff was professional and the plane was clean. I was very happy with my experience.
I enjoyed the Starlink access but didn't have much time to use it. It also kept dropping me so I gave up. The food was very good though when I asked for a different "dessert" they didn't have anything. Chocolate Brownie Cookies are not suitable for everyone...maybe children. The flight staff were amazing - at least in First Class! My first time ever! The trip from Boise to San Diego was FAR better than going to Boise.
Our late returning flight was annoying. The plane was small, but it made boarding and disembarking quicker. I do wish they offered a gluten free snack.
I was standing in line to use the restroom. A First Class passenger wanted to use the restroom after me, but Jaques made me wait on Flight 3418 from BOI to SJC on December 12, 2025. I felt this was inappropriate and rude.
Excellent, I traveled with my adult mom, she was happy for your service, especially, because you helped her with the reel chair. Only a little thing, in the airplane to Boise, the seat was very worn.
Everything was great, your crew is always very pleasant. Your airplanes are always so cold though.
It was a little chilly on the ride. The entertainment was the book I brought, and it was excellent.

The absolute coldest flight I’ve ever been on, even with a sweater and zip up sweatshirt. Was miserable the entire flight.
Not having a five hour delay with little notice! The crew was very kind, though, and just as tired as we passengers were. The flight didn't depart until nearly 1 am...and no reason was ever given.
Connecting flight is on time and boarding was a breeze!

Boarding process, crew were good. But the seats were so uncomfortable that was all I could focus on. I literally had to sit forward so that all 3 of us could fit in row. I will try to avoid Southwest in the future for any flights over 60 minutes.
The crew was nice. Boarding sucked. Instead of loading from the back to the front people just sat wherever and you had to wait for them to move to get to a seat. And the flight was 25 minutes delayed.
I boarded last because of my boarding assignment and was given a middle seat at the back of the plane. I’m 6”1” so it was really tight. I wish I just had a seat assignment instead of a general boarding group. My bag was way at the front and my seat at the back. Was never offered a beverage and had no room to move.
The cabin was very cold with the air conditioning on at a very high level. I used my phone app that displays room temperature and it registered 67 degrees.
Boarding was quick. The flight itself was good. However, no charging ports for cell phones. Also, the food provided was just a few snacks. For a 5-hr flight, I would expect at least a sandwich.
Delayed a hour and a bit because of some tape on the tail. They were good about letting us know but should have been done before we were scheduled to depart.
I arrived to the airport early. I found an earlier flight and went to the gate, the employee working at the gate was able to get me on the earlier flight at no charge and she was so friendly! She made my day!!!
