Flight was on time and efficient
Flight attendants always behave as if they barely have enough patience for you with your silly needs and requests. They border on being rude. This is not just this flight- but a signature of United. Maybe it is time to stop staffing international flights based on seniority, and let someone with more passion for customers come in, or swap staff with Singapore airlines.
The crew was nice and professional.
The flight was delayed for three hours. They kept moving the time back and back and then would move it forward and then back and then forward. We finally got on the plane and then seemed to be on the tarmac forever trying to take off! Soooooo frustrating!
It’s was bad trip caused by the customers service the really bad they don’t know how to treat people only strolling money for carryon and really ruffles...one star it to much
The international flight was very good. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
The international terminal at LAX is terrible as far as people being on hand or being able to offer assistance on getting to your next connecting flight. Getting 30 minutes to make a connecting flight that is on the other side of the airport with noone being able to tell you where your connecting flight is is almost impossible. The in-flight entertainment console was broken and was unusable during the flight. It would work for 5 minutes then glitch and the screen would flash until you stowed it away and waited 10 minutes to try again.
On time. Very nice flight attendants.
One crew member, young dark haired woman, was particularly accommodating. Male attendant was firm and funny.
Typical cramped plane, too many planes going out of same gate are simultaneously
Gate agent was fantastic! Her positive demeanor made for the delays and cancellations to not seem as much of an issue. She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight.
Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least.
Everyone was really nice and responsive.
Seats are a little older. Not as comfortable as other flights. But not bad.
Not much . The boarding process took forever and the lines through TSA took longer .. no direction to lines and I was standing for 10 min before saying something to someone and they said o there’s another line.
Almost everything besides the staff on the plane
Full flight and tiny seats surrounded by 2 300lb guys and they wouldn't let me switch my seat.
