Overall trip was ok
Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future.
The plane/Pilot got us home.
The seats were old and uncomfortable. The plane was old and had the drop down video screens. This was terrible- we couldn’t see the one closest to us, only the one further away. But any words on the further one, we couldn’t read. The staff on the plane were rude and made us seem like we’re a bother and unwelcome. We were scared to ask for anything.

At the time to pick up bags it was very confusing, people saying it was on a different band, information was not clear and my bag was already in the floor, for a long time. Very confusing how people on the ground have different information to what the screens are saying

Checking in was simple with no problems. They made the process easy. Very courteous!
The United pilot we flew that day. did great job. we arrive safe to the distination despite of the climate condition. im happy for the service.so far im satified..
the delayed flight this time almost cause us to lost our next flight in chicago. thats what i dont like. wish this wont happen next time..
I had the row to myself. Smooth flight. On time. Actually we got there early.
My arm rest would not stay up. Flight attendant almost seemed rude. Might have been just her tone. She seemed annoyed. I could be wrong.
The food was particularly poor this flight.
