Pros: "Everyone was perfect...!!!"
Cons: "We need a real meal, we appreciate the snacks but real meal is necessary."
Pros: "The crew was great. The pilots too."
Cons: "The audio and video at my seat did not work correctly."
Cons: "Nothing, really. Airlines unfortunately can’t make people patient or polite, & I can’t afford a private jet, so I’ll have to settle for an eye roll or twelve."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly. The plane was very quiet (except for noisy crying babies)."
Cons: "Unless you can afford the higher priced "comfort class" or first class seats, the seating is very, very cramped on Delta's 757s. It's a good thing the flight was only 5+ hours (but that's not long enough to get any decent amount of sleep on this flight scheduled as a redeye)."
Pros: "The only thing I liked about the experience and flight was the Delta Sky Club"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "Seat was hard, not much foot space"
Cons: "My wife and Iasked for a snack, it was never delivered"
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "An hour and a half late, terrible communication about scheduling"
Pros: "nice crew"
Cons: "terrible seat comfort, late departure due to airline’s booking problems"
Pros: "Overall experience was great, landing, crew, snacks, movie selections it all was great"
Pros: "In some Delta flights that I had in the past the plane was just ok, not bad, not good. But this plane ATL-MEX was great, very nice and conformable plane, it looks and feels excellent!"
Cons: "Check in. A nightmare Boarding. A nightmare Waiting 1 hour for the bags to arrive. A nightmare"
Cons: "The staff were pleasant and professional - the online check in was efficient. Really excellent and no recommendations for improvements."
Cons: "Could have got upgrade Oh Well the rest was excellent"
Pros: "One of the flights at least had onboard movies."
Cons: "Better organization, And no discrimination from the airport staff at Mexico City. Including the lack of information given (sign showing on time) when clearly there was a 3 hour delay and the gate number kept changing and none of the staff knew what was going on"
Cons: "A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Delayed our flight and we missed our connection. They made us pick up our bags and wait overnight outside the terminal. It was cold (no doors). Only concrete slabs to sit on. It’s our honeymoon...no compensation given. Not even a blanket"
Pros: "Efficient and respectful staff. Treat to have wine with the pasta dish that was served."
Cons: "I am only 5'2...a short woman so the seat does not fit me . My feet can not rest on the floor and the headrest does not adjust for me. It makes for a most uncomfortable 18 hours from Lima."
Pros: "The plane was not full, so lots of space for my long legs and for a nap!"
Pros: "Check in process fast and friendly."
Cons: "Screens did not work at all, just a sandwich on a 5 1/2 hour flight, bathroom doors did not lock, overall a poor quality flight."
Pros: "Friendly service, quality new airplane, American airlines has improved a lot!"
Pros: "Good pilot/ crew to passenger interection. Great movie and entertainment selections."
Cons: "Turbulence but airline / pilot can't control that."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "It's was my kids first time fying and no entertainment. Wi-Fi didn't work. And the kandng was a bit scary."
Pros: "Smooth flight, not too bumpy. Also flew on time and landed early. Free beer"
Cons: "No internet. No tv screens. Jet blue is still better."
Pros: "Newer seating configuration on A321. Decent leg room."
Cons: "Crew claimed turbulence prevented in-flight service. Also couldn’t use GoGo WiFi from either of my iPhones. Disappointing, unremarkable flight."
Pros: "We had to wait in the airplane upon arrival in La Guardia NY because wheelchair was not ready."
Pros: "Everything great. Rate food and entertainment moderate because there was no dinner, which we did not require, and we went to sleep so didn't pay attention to entertainment."
Pros: "The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible."
Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."
Pros: "The crew were pleasant and friendly. They tried the best that they could given the circumstances."
Cons: "My flights were delayed so I missed my connection. I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"
Cons: "American Airlines made me check my carry-on luggage, despite there being many open overhead compartments visible on the plane."

The efforts should be made to avoid LONG WAITING & HIGH DELAY.

Didn’t had any great expectations. Flight was on time, that was a big relief.

An hour and a half late. Seats as always ridiculously cramped. Beverage options limited. Stale pretzels. The usual…

It was a real delight being on this airlines. Wonderful atmosphere in the plane terminal and all the way to customs.. I would definitely use this air line again for my next trip!

My flight was nearly an hour delayed in leaving Montreal.

After two unsuccessful landing attempts, was diverted to Guadalajara for over 6 hours with very little communication/explanation from the crew. Also not allowed to deplane. Awful way to begin a vacation.

My first flight was so delayed that I missed my second flight and this flight and arrived 3 hours late. I would not have chosen Air Canada if I knew it was going to be this bad.

We had a significant illness at the last minute. Air Canada was unsympathetic and rude and refused to give us any credit on our unused ticket.

Ran wonderfully and smoothly roundtrip. Could not have asked for more from the staff.

Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "Wish there had been any kind of entertainment available or if there was it would have been better advertised"
Pros: "Great crew made the trip pleasant."
Cons: "Aircraft had no WiFi, broken tray table and was pretty worn."
Pros: "The staff at the boarding gate and the flight crew were friendly and professional."
Cons: "The United gates at Logan airport were quite horrible. Poor signage, limited bathrooms, and all the dining options were quite expensive."
Pros: "I liked the ticket price."
Cons: "The seat was very narrow with absolutely minimal leg space, and a carry-on bag was not included in the fare."
Pros: "Salmon and rice."
Cons: "Tvs not working and staff pretending as if they would fix it but actually the problem been going for a while with that airplane. The pizza should not only be a vegetarian one ."
Pros: "Non stop . Wife and I were given side by side seats"
Cons: "Last row"
Pros: "The flight attendants were polite, helpful and super patient with our kids."
Pros: "The flight was bumpy but otherwise pleasant"
Cons: "There was a rude passenger that yelled at me as I was exciting the flight suggesting that I cut her off as we were getting off the plane thinking that I took her bag. It was outrageous and completely ruined the flight for me. I realize this has nothing to do with the flight but it just made me feel so crumby and attached that I felt the need to share it. Also the leg room was a joke. We barely had any room to move. I probably won't fly coach on united again due to the bad taste it left in my mouth. Unfortunate because it's hub is in chicago."
Pros: "Good crews."
Cons: "The UA439 flight from Boston to Chicago was delayed for almost 4-hours."
Cons: "Because United scheduled flights without regard to airport Construction in Boston my flight was changed 3 times and I still missed my connecting flight. After I missed my flight, they refused to schedule me on the next available flight even though people behind me were scheduled because they were preferred customers. They refused to pay for my hotel and the customer service was rude arrogant and dismissive. I will absolutely never fly United again. The crew on the Boston flight to Newark was lovely everything beyond that was absolutely abhorrent. We got to our connecting flight exactly as boarding closed and they refused to let 11 people board. And subsequently, United staff was rude to us saying it wasn't their fault."
Pros: "Flight was stuck on the ground for 2 hrs because of a generator issue, so I missed my connection. The United app nicely pre-booked me on the next flight to my destination without my having to do anything, which was cool. Internet didn't work but they refunded my purchase."
Cons: "The legroom is so much worse than jetBlue (which I usually fly) I almost couldn't believe it. Because of the generator issue the flight ended up being almost 9 hours. They ran out of ALL FOOD for purchase except chips (which they didn't even offer for free despite everything), so those of us in the back of the aircraft had our choice of a bag of chips for $4, or no food for 9 hours. Also, I paid $20 for the internet for the entire flight but it only worked for the first hour so I couldn't do any work."
