Bad. Flight was delayed due to maintenance issue with Delta. Seats were small, no service, bag got broken on initial flight. Cramped and hot. Sitting inside with no ac.
The flight was delayed and passengers were told that they will miss connections as flight may get 40-55 min late.
The flight from Atlanta to Tallahassee was delayed, not such a big deal because it arrived almost the same original time. Most of my complaint is that one of the boarding agents and one of the flight attendants seemed bothered and were not very friendly.
Be on time. No issues with weather etc. entirely on airline.
I think in the future I cannot fly anything less than Comfort plus. The seats vary depending on the plane. The people are extremely nice and funny. I try to only fly Delta if I can help it.
Very good- all went as planned. Flight was on time. Seating was a little sub , as always. Snacks and entertainment were basic. We arrived on time- no problems.
Connecting in Paris is always a wildcard, and this time was no different with the new EES system that people, including staff, don't really have a handle on. At least this connection didn't involve a bus, which has been a nightmare in the past. Boarding was a bit late, but once on the plane, flight was great. Very comfortable suites in business class. Service very good. Food was excellent. The Starlink WiFi was amazing. Worked well all the way from Paris to Atlanta.
The landing was sooooo bad. I have never seen such a hit to the ground.i got a jerk to my back as i was sitting on the rear emergency exit. So felt the impact eveb stronger. While we exit from the plane the power to the plane was cut off
On time, quick boarding, so nice of them to honor active and retired military with early boarding. Attendants were nice . Plane was clean. A bit crowded like all flights.
My bag was open when I got to Portland and all my clothes were wet and my parking pass was wet
Abysmal overall. Delayed flight caused me to get in with an only 9 minute connection. No help from flight attendants or gate agents to try to make the connection. Second flight left 5 minutes early despite not having at least 10 people on it, including me. Rebooked 24 hours later. I asked four separate delta agents how to ensure my bag would get on the rebooked flight and all assured me it would be there. Landing in Rio right now, 24 hours late, and just got an alert that my bag didn’t make it. Horrible overall experience.
Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day
Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
Wish the seats were a little more comfortable.. it was a 6 hrs nonstop trip. But the crew was courteous and w a smile
The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.
My entertainment did not work. I was very tired from the botched connection, and the poor sleep
entertainment was not good; the shoulder strap on Business class seat did not sit well across the body (more like across the neck); the food was not hot and the special meal promoted by insert in the menu was not available to us
Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,
Great customer service, very accommodating. (Check in) Smooth flight, thank you Pilots. Only negative was one working bathroom in first class. Atlanta Base flight attendants were wonderful. Thank you for your smiling faces Delta..
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
