Had to go through Security and rechecking in of baggage all over again, not to mention the time that we were robbed of."

She called for help and another woman told me that I would "only" have to pay $60 for the suitcase (which is the most outrageous baggage fee I've ever heard). At that point, I handed my ticket to the woman at the counter and asked her to charge my ticket. When I tried to board, I realized that I didn't have my ticket so I went back to get my ticket from the woman - she LOST it and needed to reprint it. When I got home, I saw that in addition to the $60 bag fee, they charged me $2.50 to print my ticket! Frontier's business practices are deceptive! Sure, the tickets were about $100 cheaper but having to pay extra for baggage fees and dealing with delayed flights makes it not worth the money at all!"

Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for close to three hours. During that time, the crew provided about three updates on the status. We were told that we were waiting in line to take off and then when our time came, the flight attendant yelled at a woman who had gotten up to go to the restroom because we missed our spot in line since she was up and not in her seat. This resulted in us waiting for an additional hour to get back in line. The crew seemed to expect that an entire plane of full of people (of various ages) should not have to use the bathroom for three hours. If they would have communicate better, such as said, "we are planning on moving in the next five minutes, please take your seats now so that we can get in line" that would have saved us an additional hour on the tarmac. It was extremely frustrating for everyone and could have been mitigated by better communication. I understand weather delays but it is frustrating when people do not do their jobs."

Cons: "This airline charges for everything and charges alot. Flight was rescheduled/delayed three time. Chaos at the counter"
Pros: "Funny flight attendants made pre-trip safety and info entertaining rather than something to tune out."
Cons: "The distance between seats are not long enough to accommodate a tall person. I had a tall passenger behind my seat and their knees bumped into my seat during the whole trip. My back has been hurting since my return home."
Pros: "the plane didn't crash. no one threw up on me. That's it."
Cons: "The plan for as late. They Lost my bag on a non-change flight. Took address AND number down wrong. Didn't get bag until 22 hours after I landed and 16 hours after bag actually arrives. Rude customer service rep."
Cons: "They cancelled my 4pm flight due to predicted rain 7 hours before the flight. Didn't even rain until 7pm. Pathetic."

Cons: "Am a retired disabled vet and was to on my only trip for the year. I arrived for my flight 2 hrs in advance but i travel with a portable oxygen machine. I was refused boarding because I didn't have the correct letter from a doctor saying I was auth to fly on Spirit Air Lines. I am treated by the VA and they pay for the POC for me to be able to fly. I called the airline about a refund and was refused a refund because the flight had already left. I told them i was denied on the flight, but that was not an excuse. If i didn't do what is correct, I accept that, but not to give a refund is wrong. I have told everyone on Social media to be aware"
Cons: "The flight was listed on time until 20 minutes before boarding when it was delayed. The plane had not even left the prior airport at that time. There was no communication from the airline when our flight was cancelled. Then the customer service on the phone was horrible and they offered no additional compensation for our time wasted. The lady at the airport desk was also misleading and manipulative. Will never be riding spirit again."

Cons: "That wifi is not an option to order. You say that we are not charged for "spotty wifi" like on other airlines, but you not offering it period is a negative. I'll never take Spirit for a ride longer than 2 hours because of it."
Cons: "Delayed 30 minutes after boarding due to "paperwork" according to the pilot. Not acceptable at all. Cheap ticket price, but hidden fees for stuff."

Cons: "The seats were too squished and didn't lay back, but at least the flight wasn't full so we could lay down. That made it bearable."
