We left late; had to land in Minneapolis unscheduled to refuel and then landed in interior instead of lax at 2am......
SBP to PDX 2/17/2026. One person ahead of us at the counter. One ahead of is at TSA. First to board. First row, first class. First to be served. Food and service very good. First off the aircraft. Flight was nice other than some moderately hard bumps on climb out (please find a way to control that!). Air Force landing (none of that Navy slam you to the deck stuff). Wheel chair at the bottom of the ramp waiting for my wife. Luggage out quickly, walked right up to the parking shuttle bus. First stop on the bus. I like the EMB 175 aircraft. This was as close to a perfect flight as I will ever see. Bravo!
I was in economy class and there was plenty of leg room. New interior which was nice and they served various kinds of chips and sodas on the red eye. You couldn't get a bottle of water but they instead served it in a medium paper cup from a reinforced structured paper container, environmental friendly.
Lester and the rest of the crew were such a joy. Also, I want to thank the pilots for getting us there on time, and safely. My first amd only choice will always be Alaska Airlines.
Everything was fine. The snacks are a little on the tiny side.
Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
The agent changed my seat and upgraded me free. The flights are ALWAYS delayed. We sat there almost an hour while the plane was held for 4 passengers. I was then unable to make my connecting flight. This is why I dont fly alaska unless there are no more flights with delta

I love Alaska! We arrived on the later side without seat assignments only to find the had oversold the flight by 1. The attendants worked extra hard to find a way for our party of 7 to stay together and we made it on the flight! Loved the free WiFi also!
The flight was fine, once we got underway. It was more than hour delayed
Arrived 40 min early which was great - sat in runway for 35 min so no gain. Then waited for luggage 45 min. They need to staff accordingly knowing its one of the busiest week in Phx
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
It would be nice to have some low carb options in the snacks.
The plane was experiencing problems with the HVAC system, it was very cold in the front of the plane and very hot in the back.
Trip delayed for 2 hours because of rain. We boarded and have to get down the flight and reboard again.
I love American. I’ll never fly anyone else if I can help it.
The flight was on time and arrived early. The crew were friendly and helpful.
Overall experience was great. Flights were almost on time in departing and we arrived at our destination as scheduled. No issues with amenities or flight crew. Everything went well as as expected. Will fly again with American Airlines in the future!
Boarding was organized and timely. Food was mediocre, especially for first class travel.
