The flight attendants were nice, but the cabin and seats were uncomfortable.
The boarding was quick, but the cabin was uncomfortable and I got stuck in the galley while the flight attendants handed out drinks after using the lavatory.
I understand it’s their right, but when two of my party missed the flight after checking in it seemed insensitive to cancel all of their subsequent flights and for us to lose the extra seating despite having paid for it @ the very least we could’ve been refunded for the checked bags that we prepaid for and never used.
Alaska Airlines has the best service of airlines I have flown the last couple years. I always choose them first.
Our late returning flight was annoying. The plane was small, but it made boarding and disembarking quicker. I do wish they offered a gluten free snack.
The snack pretzels have garlic. just use normal pretzels. Tomatoijuice instead of only bloody mary mix
Great. Went right to the desk and the people were helpful and kind. I was able to get my boarding pass in under 5minutes. They made sure I received the text.
Food was terrible, noisy plane & would never pay to fly first class again. Seats in regular price are too small, no leg room & center aisle much too, too small. Seats in 1st class larger but not comfortable.
Overall, once we took off, our flight was good. Flight departure was significantly delayed due to mechanical issues. Upon arrival, it took wayyy too long to retrieve checked bags.
The seats are very small. I’m 5’ 3”, so don’t think I should notice. The food selection was non existent and very disappointing. 5 hour flight plus TSA, etc. I would have appreciated a small salad, crudités. Something fresher not just chips.
Boarding was organized and timely. Food was mediocre, especially for first class travel.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.
AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.
Liked that it was on time. Staff professional and friendly.
Things were delayed a little. But that didn’t affect my plans. It was fine. I was surprised it was so full thanksgiving day. The crew were friendly and professional.
Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.
The flight was smooth, the pilot kept us informed about delays and we arrived more of less on time
Terrible. Our luggage was delayed and couldn’t be delivered for several days. We got bad information from the airline agents at baggage claim. We had to pick up our car so we wouldn’t be charged for an extra day. We got lost in the maze of airport parking. The baggage claim agents didn’t offer us any compensation for our extra time and expense. We are tired, hungry and very frustrated.
As smooth as you can expect. Some issues with boarding because the previous plane took forever to deplane but overall, a good experience.
After a two hour delay, my flight was CANCELLED! No pilot available. Such BS.
