The flight attendant and first class were very friendly, efficient, and wanted to make sure that service was great. Highly recommend this airline.
Extremely professional crew there are very friendly and first class. Everything worked well on the plane. Food was to be expected. Drinks were very good. Shout out to Charlie in first class who was an excellent flight attendant.
It is a hassle to not have entertainment screens on the backs of the seats.
The seat on the plane out was broken and would not lean back. I have back problems and sitting up straight was hard on my lower back and caused pain for over half the flight. Since I paid extra for First Class so I would not have these issues. This needs to be addressed.
We treated ourselves to first class and were underwhelmed by the experience. No screen for entertainment. Food was not great...only one or two options, small portions, dry. We won't waste our money upgrading again. Good news was we made it to PDX safe and sound. Crew was attentive.
Loved this first class flight! Awesome food, snacks and drinks. Comfortable seat with foot rest. Good movie. Very friendly crew! Only thing I would suggest is having a screen on seat back in front of me so I didn’t have to watch the movie on my phone.

Crew were bad Didn’t help with luggage When asked for a glass of wine, I was told that they will serve later , which they didn’t to Me and didn’t serve anyone else in First class . Didn’t offer any snacks , Chips or Nuts to anyone . Flight was not crowded either. Worst Service/ or No Service !
Flight was on time departure & arrival. Staff was efficient & attentive. Food was better than normal. Wish they had some sort of entertainment screens loke Delta. I would fly Alaska again though.
Fight attendant excellent Food very good, not great Seats were stiff and uncomfortable Flight was overall very nice. Last three flights were burdened with miserably uncomfortable seats. Hard stiff no padding.
Seat bottom cushions are not good. I’m 165# & they hurt my butt. Plenty of legroom.
The airplane seats were spacious and comfortable, and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious like never before. The blankets and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The captain's navigation was steady and reliable. In short, having flown with Starlux, I won't consider any other airline next time.

My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Original flight was on time, then late, then changed gates...4 times. Once our newest plane came in, it was fine.
The seats need better cushioning for a nearly 5-hour flight, it was a bit uncomfortable. I'm glad American has free wi-fi but there were was a bout 30 minutes in the middle of the flight when there was no connection which was frustrating.
My original flight got delayed day of so I had to rebook it from one layover to two layovers. The flight also left earlier which was a slight inconvenience but manageable. Then my first connection flight got delayed 3 separate times for a total of 2 hours delayed, causing me to miss my second connection flight back to Santa Barbara. Now, because of this missed flight, I am missing my college classes that I pay for.

On time flight, good communication about boarding, lines didn't form unnecessarily for boarding before their group was announced (kept aisles clear), friendly flight attendants and service
Good flight, seated and had a water within 5 minutes. Crew was hospitable.
