The flight was on time and got in early which allowed us to get to our next flight.

The plane not having any overhead bin space was inconvenient. Anytime my luggage has to be checked it ends up covered in scratches and that’s not covered by the airlines for replacement/repair. The WiFi did not work or was not offered for the flight from Seattle to Vancouver.

Most of it was good. The flights were on time. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a short time connecting flights and they let me deplane first and I made the connection. On the outbound from DTW to SEA I was seated in the middle of two very large people. I am petite and even with my arms crossed they were both hanging over into my seat touching me. The meal had way too much pepper and spice, my lips were burning. Other than those two issues, I was pleased with the service and the trip and will use Alaska Air again.

Wheelchair assistant was on the spot, and very helpful. Gate agent was kind, and made sure I boarded the plane without having to try to hurry with my painful hip. My seat was so comfortable, 20A. I am tall, 5'9 and I need to stretch out my legs due to chronic nerve pain in my back that runs down my right leg, in addition to the bursitis in my right hip. Alaska air has the best economy seating in the market. So much room for legs, elbows, etc. When I arrived in SEA, the next Wheelchair was waiting to take me to the next gate. Great communication.

I had to cancel my trip due to health reasons three days after making the reservation. I was stunned to find out that the ticket was not able to be credited for future travel. $734 loss. Not happy that this was not my experience with Southwest Airlines. I will stick with SW in the future. Boo Alaskan Air and Kayak.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The only thing I could have done without was the long layover in between flights but I was going to a less popular destination so it was understandable.

All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy

My seat and tray were filthy. Someone’s used straw was in the seat pocket and there were coffee stains and food crumbs on the tray table

On time, good boarding process very quick. Clean planes. Planes are tight, not much leg room ( i am only 5'8"). Some attendants are moving through aisles fiercely and pushing passengers. Got yelled for a tiny man bag that it is an extra personal tem ( size of a wallet) Wi-Fi on the plane does not work well with android phones.

I didn’t go, and can’t use a no refundable ticket.

No charging outlets worked. Other than collecting trash attendants didn’t come around. No one could hear flight attendants announcements during the flight. Seat pads were horrible. Sitting on a board for 5 hours. What happened to Hawaiian airlines comfort, hospitality, and extras? Our pilots did an excellent job trying to minimize turbulence and incredible job in landing in windy conditions.

I like that if they asked you to checked in a bag at the gate they give you priority to board

Horrible food and crew. Crew were laughing and talking loud while people were trying to sleep

Yall need to integrate your system with Alaska more efficiently. They booted me off the first flight because of a discrepancy on your end.

The crew at Hawaiian Airlines was fantastic. Kind and hard working. The pilots were great with giving us all the updates to make sure we were informed.

Very good. Nice plane and we sat in economy plus - bigger seats, more room. They served a meal and snacks, and the meal was an apple stuffed pancake that was very good! The snack for us was a hummus sandwich - also very good. The flight attendants were helpful and nice. They have plenty of movies and shows to watch. My only negative -- they changed our flights around and did not adjust the layovers, so we ended up with a very long and unnecessary layover in Honolulu.

I liked the Starlink WiFi but didn't like how they said they were the only airline to offer a free meal and it turns out to be just a standalone sandwich and then charge for snacks to go with it. Rather have the free snacks like Southwest, but have the option to purchase a decent meal for a 5+ hour flight.

Flight scheduled to take off at 5.55pm but it did not take off until 7pm due to some food delivery delay.

Unfortunately, I was put into the middle seat in the first row of premium seating. Sounds nice right? No! that is the worst seat in the plane. I wish I was in economy rather than be in that seat! There is no seat back pocket, no tray table, no charger. Nothing! so unless you're row mates are willing to let you share their basic amenities any flyer should have, you are stuck. It was the worst experience ever! And the flight attendant forgot to take my drink order. I felt like the forgotten flyer.

Delayed and cancelled flights were hard and very stressful, both ways!
