Flew first class. No headrest screens on either flight and the one flight had no foot rests either.
Extremely professional crew there are very friendly and first class. Everything worked well on the plane. Food was to be expected. Drinks were very good. Shout out to Charlie in first class who was an excellent flight attendant.
My very first, first class flight! Loved the comfortable seats, foot rest and beverages. Did not have food due to short flight. Crew was very friendly!
My suggestion is that they should provide USB-C charging ports for modern cell phones.
The food was terrible, worse that what you get with UA, an already one of the lowest standards to beat. How cheap one could be, providing that kind of junk food in first class. Unbelievable! The seats were not very comfortable either. And there were no screens either, not that I cared much but for you to know.
Poor, no one with Alaska Airlines is in a hurry to do anything. Slow, lack of intent, inconsistent.

We don't have food or entertainment on this flight. We were late boarding but then arrived in Yakima early. Kayak sent me a delay notice but we weren't delayed.
Awesome, on time, no issues and the crew was awesome! Thank you Alaska for opening up more flights from Seattle to Yakima and back!

First class ticket. They ran out of food and I sat hungry watching the others eat
service overall good. I thought paying for wi-fi in first class was tacky. Food was soggy.
Departure was two hours late! Better than four hours late on our first flight
The flight was supposed to leave at 7:30pm, but departed 10:50pm. They kept moving departure time out every half hour. It was a 45 minute flight from n Sunday night with great weather.
I was unable to get a check im and get a boarding pass. I tried at the desk of the flight operator Alaska, was told to go to Hawaiian and almost had to go back to Alaskan. In the end inwas told to go thru security and directly to the gate without checking in. It would have been more helpful to have the details rather than walking all over the terminals trying to check in.
Thanks to the supervisor Jose my pregnant wife and our family will not miss a very important ultrasound tomorrow. What he did was simply heroic. He needs to be promoted and praised. Please tell him our family appreciates him so so much!
Your crew shortage delayed departure by an hour resulting in us missing an event we had scheduled for that afternoon outside of Fresno.
Crew was great as always. Food not good. Getting people on and off would be much faster if all bags were checked except small ( fit on lap ) carry on. Dogs on planes need to be only real service dogs. It's getting out of hand !!!!!!!!
Super disappointed with the food. For first-class it was very low quality. For the price of the ticket, I was expecting so much more from Hawaiian Airlines.
