It was good except there was a loud rattle from the window on aisle 10 DEF,
The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.
The ground crew did not supply drink or snacks during the layover in SFO. So there weren't many options. Otherwise, it was all great.
Had no way to see what gate came in on or what gate connecting flight would take off.
We flew economy, it was what I expected. The seats are too upright for me

If they loaded the back of the plane first, loading would go faster
I know airlines have to save money, but a little more legroom would be nice. I’m a small person and I just felt cramped after a few hours. However, I loved everything else! Free Alaska Airlines wifi, free movies, yummy snacks, and the crew was so helpful and accommodating!
I liked the free snacks and drink. I liked the onboard entertainment. I did not like the WiFi cutting out in middle of my movie.
I love a red eye flight. No lines to wait in. Lots of turbulence on the flight and a very shaky landing.
Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.
The flight was smooth, the pilot kept us informed about delays and we arrived more of less on time
Terrible. Our luggage was delayed and couldn’t be delivered for several days. We got bad information from the airline agents at baggage claim. We had to pick up our car so we wouldn’t be charged for an extra day. We got lost in the maze of airport parking. The baggage claim agents didn’t offer us any compensation for our extra time and expense. We are tired, hungry and very frustrated.
As smooth as you can expect. Some issues with boarding because the previous plane took forever to deplane but overall, a good experience.
After a two hour delay, my flight was CANCELLED! No pilot available. Such BS.
I miss the screens they used to have for the long flights. I use a Kendal and it doesn’t work well with there WiFi. I tried my cell and the wifi was not good for it either this is the free wifi.
Update departure times in a more timely manner. We are not boarding on time if the plane isn’t arriving until after our scheduled departure time.
Took off on time and successfully avoided weather that looked to be a problem along the way
