Gate agent and flight crew were amazing! Only issue was landing and waiting on the run way for 30 mins to deplane.
Potatoes were not cooked in the pork potato meal. Flight attendants were great in first class.
Employees are always helpful and professional. The flight was 30 minutes delayed but everything else went seemlessly.
I would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back the complimentary beverage service on short flights
Previously there were complimentary beverages served on short flights with Alaska Airlines. It was a very nice amenity and would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back that service!!

My experience with Alaska Airlines was great! Crew are always friendly and attentive. Alaska Airlines goes out of their way to make guest feel appreciated.
My issue is not with Alaska for but with the travel agency. The fact that i can't change my flight online, means that using you as a travel agency is a net negative. I only do it because I am forced to, but I am not happy about it.
The plane was delayed almost 3 hours. I had a first class seat and there was no food loaded due to the late night departure (no nuts, not meal and no cookie), and the first class bathroom was out of order. Truly a disappointment all around.
Advertise the fact the passenger needs to bring own headset for entertainment. I traveled first class Seattle to Miami. Five plus hours without any entertainment. I was not impressed! Food was lackluster and quite boring. So much so I cannot remember what I had. I decided to cancel the return trip and flew on Delta instead. I can still remember the meal, beef short-ribs with mashed potato, onion gravy, and beautiful carrots. Stay away from Alaska Air!
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
It was delayed 5 hours due weather and your app should be rebuilt or disabled. I could not change my original flight on delta so I did it through the delta app. Then rebooked on American once delta cancelled all flights from LGA to PIT on 8/27. American Airlines was fine once the flight took off 5 hours later. I wish my company would find a better provider than kayak.
Worst experience ever, extremely disorganized airline with super rude crew for first class passengers. I have submitted feedback to AA customer care online that this was my worst experience traveling in over 30 years
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.
Flight was delayed because of mechanical. Could not get landing space which caused me to miss my connection. Messy and not organized.

Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.
gate crew was courteous and helpful, flight attendant was nice and friendly once we got going. But we pushed off from the gate relatively on time, then sat there like 10 ft away, for an hour, with no announcement or explanation. Taxiing then took forever, and I get that there was runway congestion, but would be helpful to keep us posted on whats going on
