For such a long flight, Tampa to Seattle, was shocked to learn that no food was served. Also, there were no TV monitors to be able to watch a movie.
It departed an hour and a half late because the crew got in late the previous night due to weather related problems. So we got into LA later than anticipated and traffic was much worse.
The staff at the check-in counter was responsive to the long queue and intervened to redirect the traffic: foreigners can't complete check-in without human agents; that is the real line which moves quickly enough. On-boarding and off-boarding were smooth and civilized. Overall the operations were efficient and the experience was pleasant.

Considering my flight to Portland was in a broken chair that I had paid extra for, this one was great. So yeah, wonderful.
The airplane seats were spacious and comfortable, and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious like never before. The blankets and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The captain's navigation was steady and reliable. In short, having flown with Starlux, I won't consider any other airline next time.

My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Original flight was on time, then late, then changed gates...4 times. Once our newest plane came in, it was fine.
The seats need better cushioning for a nearly 5-hour flight, it was a bit uncomfortable. I'm glad American has free wi-fi but there were was a bout 30 minutes in the middle of the flight when there was no connection which was frustrating.
My original flight got delayed day of so I had to rebook it from one layover to two layovers. The flight also left earlier which was a slight inconvenience but manageable. Then my first connection flight got delayed 3 separate times for a total of 2 hours delayed, causing me to miss my second connection flight back to Santa Barbara. Now, because of this missed flight, I am missing my college classes that I pay for.

On time flight, good communication about boarding, lines didn't form unnecessarily for boarding before their group was announced (kept aisles clear), friendly flight attendants and service
